A very new place, very clean, comfortable, in a quiet environment ( mosque nearby, so expect ritual prayers). Ao ammao beach nearby for long walks, easy connection to reach railay, scooter rental on site, cheap restaurant in front of the hotel, very good value for money

The hotel staff must learn English. It is difficult to speak at the reception desk!

The location is very bad and you can't get anywhere without a taxi. There is a beach nearby but the water is dirty

We asked the staff about good activities and they sent us to the Phi Phi tour island, the famous one. Don't take that tour, is crowd of people and right now is artificial.

The hotel was very nice, good rooms and beds. They offer a free transport from the hotel to the port.

It really annoyed me that I was made to pay a 3% fee to pay by card. I booked with booking.com deliberately so I could use my card so I don't have to travel with lots of cash and this really marred the experience. if it had been known at the time of booking I could have chosen to bring cash or book somewhere else. Also worth noting is that there's a mosque nearby with a 5.30am call to prayer and the rooms aren't sound proofed.

It's an amazing clean hotel with a quiet location and great access to other areas if that's what you want to do. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

There is not a lot in the area except for the sea shell national park. But you can ask them to drive you to town for some shopping. We put the sign on the door for them to make up the room but they did not do it.

They live up to the name of the hotel. Very kind and eager to help

Very friendly people. Nice restaurant near by just by the sea beach . A little far from the Ao nang main market so it's a quiet and peaceful place to be.

Air conditioner sounded like a storm and didn’t work very well. Our kettle was broken in the room and the fridge wasn’t very cold The staff are constantly on there phones playing loud videos. The man there gave us a moped with 0 petrol and tried to charge me and excess for card payment.

Not near a beach. Only cleaned our room once in 4 days. The bed was hard as a rock.

Staff were very wonderful and provided a shuttle for us to go for meals. The staff tried to make our stay as good as possible.

Toilet leaks. The room was not cleaned (despite asking for a cleaning having stayed their multiple nights and rented two rooms). Staff was not friendly nor helpful.

We had ants in the fridge. Asked to resolve but nothing was done so we checked out next day. Also, shower was not draining so we not used it to avoid flooding the floor below.

The owner was amaizing, what a great service! My son forgot his teddybearDog, the owner drove to our new hotel with it. Wow what a service, my son is so happy <3 Highly recommend this place! Very friendly staff, hotel located in a Calm area, perfect for small families. Perfect for us family of 3 for a few days. The hotel will provide a shuttle to Ao Nang just 15min away. Short walk to Seashellbeach with coffeshop, market and Icecream.

My daughter skin got burnt by the water on the swiming pool. Very far away from everything, no breakfast and it will cost you 500 bat to go to Ao nang Town.

We're hoping for airport pick up and stated when we needed picking up during booking and they didn't show and said they would be 30mins away when contacted. So got a taxi at airport.

No lift. no air conditioning in hotel, air conditioning in room was poor. bed was like concrete. toilet wasn’t clean and waste pipe from other place running into our shower trap.

When it comes to the hotel it was really nice. Although, I do not recommend the restaurant that is near by "Joy beach cafe" which the hotel staff recomended. I got sick after the food there.

The hotel is very nice, clean with a nice swimming pool. The staff was realy nice and helpful. You have a free transfer to the Ao Nang where you can do shopping or go to the ferry.
