The hot water of the shower did not work that well.

The check-in went very fluent and in no time we got our rooms (with terrace). the rooms were clean and well equipped. bikes (free) and scooters are available at the hotel for reasonable prices.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast had good options. Big rooms, that were well decorated. You can rent scooters directly from the hotel. We also gave them laundry to be done, everything came back nice and clean in just a day

One level places in a single line strip. The only window faces the parking lot and people walk by. The shower has warm water, but a touchy handle (have to move slowly and hot water is along the way, not when the handle is to the far left). When there is hot water, there is less pressure. Electrical sockets on one side of bed. To turn A/C on and off you have to be right next to unit with remote.

The window has a screen, a set of sheer curtains and a set of thick curtains. Very quiet, especially at night. Very clean. Bed is quite firm. Breakfast is from 7 - 10 am: mostly savory (eggs, vegetables, rice, 2 types of meat, bread to toast, papaya, some local food cooked in banana leaves and coffee). In a quiet neighborhood; easy to walk or catch a tuk tuk. Night market is nearby with many hot pot choices to eat. Has many interesting services offered: crystal bowl singing - sound therapy, 24K face mask, massages - unfortunately the person in charge of these services was not in Chiang Mai when we were there. Can rent motorbikes from the hotel: 250 baht for one day. There was a sitting porch in front of room - 2 chairs and 1 small table; some outdoor and indoor tables for eating breakfast.

Nice and quiet place. A bit far from city centre but still nice place to stay.

Shower was only lukewarm. Soundproofing could be better as noise could be heard from neighbouring rooms.

Lovely comfortable room, cute property and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and vegan options were provided. Short walk into city centre.

Decent breakfast, they have table somewhere near the terrace with lots of trees and words of wisdom and you may feel the cold and fresh air when you come on December!

All was super

A family business and all are very friendly and do their best to make you welcome and satisfied. The breakfast is nice and once they saw I limit myself to fruit as I am vegan, they served me a special vegan plate the following days.

Thin walls - you hear everything from neighbours and outside incl.the cars parking a few meters away from terrace. Partially broken toilet seat, the toilet paper can't go down the toilet which would be OK but the bin for it doesn't have a lid. Terrace is very little and situated in front of hotel with view to parking lot and everyone coming to reception walks passed each room - that means noise and zero privacy plus mosquitos. This is an ordinary guesthouse without the little extra that would make you want to stay longer. I was disappointed by this choice.

Spotless clean. Bed is hard - we enjoyed it. Drinking water available for free - appreciated. Hairdryer available. We could rent here a motorbike for normal price. Breakfast is nice and simple but all warmers don't work so eggs etc are cold.

we only stayed for one night at Gita’s house but we loved our stay there! The place is very relaxing and peaceful and our room was very clean and well decorated! We really liked the traditional breakfast! Highly recommended!

Not that I didn´t like, but if I would have to improve something it would be add fresh coffee in the breakfast, and then all would be perfect.

I liked the calm and silence at this part of the city. The staff was helpful, very nice and kind. Rooms are very clean and spacious. A perfect place to stay and be used as a headquarters to visit the area if you have bike or car, even if you don´t have it. I did it all walking, as the bus station is just 30 minutes from there.

Good place for staying in Chiang Rai. Small guest house located in city-center with 9 or 10 rooms, very quiet, rooms are spacious and clean, staff friendly. Bikes available for rent, 250/day.
