There were many cars and less car parking. There were a foreign group tour that always made loud noise during my stay.

I like staffs because they are so kind. My room is clean. A small swimming pool is good for swimming.

The hotel's internet was not working, we could not connect reliably. It was a busy time (just before Christmas), and the hotel’s car park was full. Staff were available to help manoeuvre through tight spaces. The hotel is not close to shops or restaurants.

Our room was a good size, as was the bathroom. The included breakfast was satisfactory. We ate at the hotel’s poolside restaurant and it offered a good menu, tasty food and value for money.

The sat navigation sent us to the gates of a University. Had to call reception for directions. Once this was done it was easy to find, in a back street behind the University. Asked the receptionist for directions to night market and she did not know, asked for help with a Tuk Tuk or taxi , reply was don't have around here. We stepped outside to the main street where there was plenty of food markets to choose from and also saw many Tuk Tuks, Breakfast was included in the price but was very limited. Just one hot main meat and rice dish, rice soup or eggs. No orange juice or fresh fruit selection. The fresh salad was good, and with toast made my vegetarian breakfast.

Comfortable bed. Air conditioning works well, Quiet location. Didn't use it but the pool looked good.

Everything was great from check in up to check out, but there was just one thing that was very upsetting, I woke up in the middle of the night as it was hot and I was out of water so I went to a reception desk and there was no-one, so I had to come back to my room and started on calling on reception waiting for someone to pick (from back office) but after falling on the 5th call, had to help myself on my own, and look for a such a basic thing as water for quite a while.

Many thanks to a day shift, spoke to a lady, explained the situation with flight delay and she let me check out a bit later, as I've asked for it.

No hot drink facilities in the rooms. Only 5 TV channels ? Pool Bar area closed down. Car parking was ridiculous at night, far too busy.

Nice place, room size sufficient, good bed and shower. Clean and modern styled. Price was average for the style. Breakfast ok but needs more choice.

I don't like breakfast buffet line they provide Thai food such as boiled rice, Pad Kraprow ( hot basil stir fried) ,white rice, Salad Conner one kind of Salad cream, boiled eggs don't have fried egg or scramble eggs, or omelet, just toast don't have any bacon and ham also I stay there a few time I never see they have knife for breakfast have to spread butter on bread with falk If you asking about clean or not yes the food are clean only short of European breakfast
