The staff don't understand English nor can talk English so poor communication... the room was very dirty the housekeeping not good at all they don't change bedsheets I stay for 5 night with the same bedsheets the room they just swipe a broom zats all... not clean at all.. the bathroom was smelling bad the day we checked in I had to buy air freshner so that I can stay I had also 2ash the bathroom ... the bathroom and toilet was catastrophic... don't recommend it all...

Location is a bit far from everywhere need to hop on tuk tuk to get around. Not easy to get tuk tuk, need to walk a distance to look for tuk tuk. The very loud sound from the aircon compressor outside on the balcony is annoying and gives me headache. It was actually unbearable. Bathroom cum toilet floor gets very wet when someone showers. Only one key card provided.

Spacious room with balcony. Lighting of the room was good with good water pressure for shower. Free wifi with acceptable speed. Beds were big and comfortable. Value for money.

Frontdesk staff. Especially night shift. They don't know how to reslove a problem but to blame customer with their rules.

Filthy sheets. Stained pillows… Asked them to change the sheets they put the same sheets on the bed… They have a lot of rules as well. No bringing outside food to the pool or sitting area. You must buy from their restaurant.. Outside food can only be eaten in your room.

It is a little thing but maybe have the correct information on deposit amount, Booking said 500 and hotel said 1000 they had no problem doing 500 from me and I had no problem doing 1000. It is a small thing and little amount, but maybe for some customers they like every info to be 100%. And the drinking glas was dirty in the room, that was also a little thing but takes so little to fix 😊 Other then that no problems

The location. A bit outside the main city but still near enough to walk. The food from the menu was good, I liked the thai food. The bed was soft and pillows where alive as I use to say.. they had puff in them. Staff was nice and friendly and thankfull for the feedback General Manager from Glow Hotel gave me on my youtube review of the hotel, also other staff that took the time to talk. Roof top pool, gym and bar was nice and quiet, not to many people. I upload to Youtube big files and the WIFI was good.

To be fair, everything was ok

This is one of my favourites hotel in Thailand but in Pattaya no.1, staff friendly, rooms very clean, swimming pool on top nice and big. Room service always on time, rooms are very good and guests very friendly without charge

Breakfast was pretty basic with less options

Not all but some of the staff members were rude especially the lady who chews gum all the time and instead of helping people with their queries, she would just roll her eyes and sigh. Mr. Kim was helpful and patient in arranging airport transport.

I paid 5700baht for 3 nights with a balcony.The balcony was small and had a metal feature coming down the face of the property,so no sun.

Staff are rude and they don't know what is the meaning of hospitality. Even one of the staff acted like he wants to start a fight. The one come into your room to fix your internet.
