Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had housekeeping in once..... for 4 nights. There was some dirt/makeup on a towel and a sheet and we were going to charged to clean them (would they not be cleaned anyway?). In the end the charge was waived, but I wasn't happy about it

VietnamAfter long flight and traveled with car to the hotel.We were tired and arrived to the hotel around at 4pm but the room was still not available even we was tried to called them in advance in 2hrs after 2pm. And they just said sorry and offered us a simple drinks to appologize which like a free welcome drinks when u do check in. It was not really truly appologize!

Like again, the Glow in my opinion is the best by value to price, very good and clean rooms, room with two big beds, nice bathroom, pool and gym area. It was my 3rd staying in Glow but definitely not last!

GermanyOnly little points to mention in this section: the "balcony" was a little disappointing. Just enough space for one chair, if you can arrange sitting directly under the aircon compressor machine...would have loved a little bigger balcony to sit for 2 people. But this is structural and cant be changed, same as the location, which could be a very little bit more convenient. On the other hand this location guaranteed calmness at night, not too much "city noise"
Amazing staff throughout all departments of hotel. Everybody there was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially when travelling with smaller children, this is a very helpful and appreciated fact, when the staff loves to take care all your challenges and is just super attentive. Big thumbs up for all the staff at this hotel. They really give you the feeling, that they love to serve the customers from their heart and not only, because they do a job... Another great point: great facilities: nice gym, cool pool and lots of parking space.
