Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandOne key linked to electricity for 2 bedroom apartment is very inconvenient. Restaurant closed so no service at pool. No attendant at pool and only one working umbrella.

GermanyThe hotel was probably a luxurious place in the past. The rooms need renovation. We had a good price which was OK for the room standard. Could have been more choice at breakfast. The concierge was a little arrogant. Expected more tip than we gave. Very busy beach but probably because we visited at the weekend, therefore lots of traffic and coaches.
Super view from 19th floor. Good location for the beach and restaurants. Big rooms and clean.

New ZealandThe room was spacious but devoid of any decent furniture. No power points near the bed and only 1 other that I found. But it was so loose it could not hold my USB charger. I managed by putting something heavy against it to stop it falling out but those power points need replacing.
lovely location slightly north on the best part of Cha Am beach which was not overcrowded. Lights on either side of bed. Great breakfast choices.

ThailandAlthough it was Songkran period with many guests, the hotel seemed unprepared - skeleton restaurant service with many dishes unavailable, limited "pool menu", again with dishes/drinks unavailable. We resorted to ordering lunch from Grab and were informed by pool security that outside food could not be eaten at the pool area. We had no problem with this but were surprised to see 2 Thai families at the pool openly eating street food and drinking beer from outside with no objection from pool security. It seems the rule only applies to foreign guests. There was no shuttle bus to go to Hua Hin, which used to be a service provided in the past.
The room was spacious, although a little dated. The cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. Nice swimming pool with plenty sunbeds and towels.

Thailandprice on booking.com is twice more than walk in rate. booking.com stated that it is in the beach. when we search we click to choose the hotel on the beach but it is 100 meters with road betwwen the hotel and beach. hotel is old. swimming pool and garden is much smaller than in the photos. rooms are old. wifi doesnt work.
