Staying on the balcony was a struggle because of the hot air coming from the AC on the wall but otherwise I don't remember any problems. It was a nice stay.

It exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The location was good, in a busy area, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The room was nice enough, clean. The receptionist didn't speak English so well but honestly, it was not an issue at all, she was super nice and helpful.

Occasionally it was very loud at night. From the first three floors you see something like a house for chickens and roosters. This rooster is always noisy. It’s actually fun, but when you are tired it’s quite annoying.

It’s a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable. Very clean, beautiful view of the mountains, spacious.

Stayed here many times before, nothing too fancy but good value compared to nearby options. Walking distance to shopping/restaurants and central Patong. Decent shower, clean all around, room similar to pics on website. Good fast reliable 5g wifi. A few english tv channels.

During our stay PEA was fixing something and the whole street didn’t have any electricity for 4 hours. Though the property is not at fault in this.

Very well located and the terrace rooms come with a beautiful mountain view and a jacuzzi with a mountain view. But the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the terrace rooms you have to walk up the stairs to the next floor. But you get exactly what you see in the pictures. The location is close to good eateries, massage parlours, nail salons and a 7-eleven is right around the corner. In order to reach Bangla road, you will need a tuktuk or a cab.

Room locking facilities are poor even though zero threat to our belongings. Internet WiFi was extremely poor. Intermittent bad smell at the dining area due to city sewage system.

Prime location having access to all that any travelers normally need. Internal kitchen menu are at very nominal price and very neatly cleaned rooms with kind & so friendly staffs.

Unfortunately, the safe box in our room broke while our passports were in it. Fortunately, the staff arranged for an engineer to get our passports out, but if we had been in a hurry to leave earlier, we may not have been able to get our passports out in time.

The room was what we expected it to be based on the price and it was cleaned daily. The toiletries and bottles of mineral water were also replenished daily for free. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are also nice options for breakfast, served from 08:00 - 11:00. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Patong Beach.

No pool

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & good English. Housekeeping everyday. Central location for exploring Patong and surrounding areas. My only disappointment was not having a pool. Great value for money. I will stay again when in Patong. Thank you to all the staff at good nice hotel. Keep up the good work 👏

Location was good specially if you want to stay at the quieter side , a short walk to the beach and the bangla street. A 7/11 was just outside the hotel which was a plus. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.They helped us to rent the motorbike.

probably the only thing was that one of the mattress was really hard, but apart from that everything was fine.

The staff very friendly and the relation quality price was really good. 15 min walking from Patong Road, I’ll highly recommend it.
