Rooms are very clean albeit a little sparse. Some paintings or decor on the walls would help add character to it. A fairly long (dark at night)​ road into the resort from the main road, but resort is safe and secure.

From Bell Boy to Reception to Housekeeping, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Large balconies. Huge bathroom with good strong flow of hot and cold water. Close to beach. Away from the hubbub of Pattaya center, but Pattaya town and Jomtien are easily accessible by vehicle .

Beds were not comfy. Shower was not good. Bathrooms require some upgrade. Breakfast was just okay.

Clearly Covid-19 has had an impact. No room service was available. No evening F&B outlets. Bed sheets were a little worn.

Staff were efficient in arranging transport in the middle of the night when required to rush to hospital due to sudden illness. Big thanks goes out to the Night Manager as she was assuring and helpful. There was an excellent follow up from the General Manager the next morning.

Beautiful Hotel, build in a nice way, this is the place for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the sea view room with a beautiful view. The facility was very well maintained at all times. The beach was very clean and invites you to take longer walks. The restaurant and the bars are not yet open, which wasn't a problem for me, as there were plenty of smaller restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was also helpful with the food and drink delivery service. Walk on the Beach to the Phra Tam Nak 5 road there are small restaurants, bars (Western- and Thai food) as Massage places (about 10min. Walk). Value for Money is good. I hope they keep it in the future like this, when all will be open again.

The ‘resort’ seemed basically empty and as a consequence staff seemed bored and disinterested to help guests or even acknowledge them in some instances. There were no additional services provided apart from the room being made up and a very standard breakfast ie no room service or bar or around the pool drinks or snack services

The bed was uncomfortable the room was dated and unsafe with uneven flooring and exposed wiries from broken lamp. The breakfast was below average and cold.

Location and view were nice , some staff were wonderful, but staff at check in was not interested in addressing any of our concerns regarding the room.

Pool area was really tired, old wooden planks and rusty nails, the small waterslide had cracks and sharp edges. No restaurant or pool bar (only breakfast).

The airconditioner was very noisy and even the low mode was blowing the air heavily. The beach nearby was not clean. There was very small selection of food for lunch and no dinner options. Also there was no bar, no cocktails/mocktails.

Room we staid in was comfortable and very spacious. Pool was big and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.
