Large room with plenty of space. Breakfast had reasonable selection. Overall pretty clean.

This Hotel has no proper soul, and it feels too large and empty and just lacks character and is badly decorated, and not totally well maintained throughout. Staff seem bored and the restaurant staff were very officious and diligent that came across as cold through they were professional to a certain degree.

The size of the rooms and the pool and the bathroom was impressive. The location worked for me but may not be ideal for everyone - the spaciousness of the property. The cost of the accommodation was most satisfactory though.

Some chairs are out of date in the breakfast room. I wonder who decided to put the pool at position where the sun never shines. The pool was constantly under the shadow, and nearly no one was using it!

Tiered decor especially in the rooms. Minimal furniture for such a big room.

the gym is still not available and that makes it 6 months plus since we were there and they working on the gym.

we have stayed here a few times breakfast is very good staff friendly big c opposite the hotel terminal 21 a short walk or you can take hotel shuttle. there is a back road that will take you to thai bbq on third road.

We were on the 14th floor, and it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music from neighbouring venues.

From 6am to about 8:30am guests repeatedly slammed the room doors. The sound was coming from floors above and below.

First night some noise late into the night / morning from venue close to the hotel. Not really the hotels fault, but they still promptly upgraded me into another room. So all good, would definitely return getting this sort of service.. They could not do enough to make sure the rest of the stay was perfect.

This year, my attention was drawn to A decline in its level in terms of cleanliness, old, worn towels, overcrowding in the breakfast hall and elevators, and the hotel has become characterized by the noise caused by some guests, especially when they return at night, jostling and talking loudly in the corridors and closing the doors of their rooms...

Shame we weren't allowed to smoke in the big balcony and the bar wasn't open this time.

Loved the big room and bed, toilets where big too. The breakfast was until 10am wich was good and variety of dishes.

Breakfast could have been better. It did lack a bar. My colleague experienced large noise coming from neighbouring room.

the pool area was poor simply no sun entered the pool area at all at anytime during the day which was appalling it should be a 5 star hotel instead it’s 2-3 star

VERY LOUD MUSIC AND noise coming from the street market and surrounded area. Start at around 19:00 and doesn’t stop before 03:30-04:00am .Unable to sleep at all No fitness facilities whatsoever if you care about gym
