United KingdomThankfully my family and I only had to stay in this hotel for two nights. The standards were very low is all aspects. On the day of us checking in we were just stood there waiting for a member of staff to acknowledge that we were there. The room was big, however the cleanliness of the room was of a low standard. This just continued over the next couple of days. We didn't want to risk going in the swimming pool as it didn't look like it was cleaned, there was no one using it, that to me is a good indication not to use something. The gym was a a disaster, it wasn't even in a set room just placed in a corner of one of the fools of the hotel. I think if you did use the gym equipment you have probably court an infection of it. The food area for breakfast look so unclean the floor was dirty, food wasn't covered and the we lots of flys around. I seen a member of stuff wipe down a table, and they just wiped over the mats and the area of the table that was showing. No mat we moved to clean the table probably. There were stuff just stood around doing nothing. The food was on from 0600 to 1000hrs as soon as it came to 1000 o'clock they turned the lights off in the dining hall even though there we still customers eating they're breakfast.

AustraliaFrom the time we arrived to check in didn’t go well, nobody to help with our luggage there was nobody behind the counter so we could check in needed to make some noise so they could come out of the office, no late night security to make sure Hotel customers when they arrived there after being out they felt safe, other hotel customers hanging around the front door being rude to customers I had booked a room with 1 large double bed, our room had 2 separate beds Bathroom vanity sink was blocked had to ask 3 x times for this to be fixed
Breakfast was good plenty for delicious tyres of fresh food on offer, plenty of Thai food and lots of other variety’s , breakfast room was large and never had any problems getting a table, all the staff were friendly and did there best to help

Thailand1/ The location, it is in a commercial part of town and away from most things. 2/ Noisy, the doors to rooms on your floor will banging shut at all hours of the night; and there’s a night club or disco that blasts music. 3/ The facilities are run down and nothing like a 5 star hotel that I’ve ever been to or that you imagine.

IsraelSo derty you need to take a shower after standing on the balcony. The gym is a part off the londery service for the hotel, there is no arir condithaning at the same aria. And no one can train there with all the derty londry. The roomes are derty, when you tuch the balkony your hands will be black. If you order chicken your at risk it wont be ready to eat but still served to your room. Everything is very old and not to part, the pool eria is derty and not comfterble. The picthers dose not mach the hotel. I asked for an iyern and a bord and it had derty spots on it. I payied for a week and left the hotel after 2 days. Do not go there .
The only thing that was good at the hotel is that if you take a big room it will be big.
