Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was no alcohol available for purchase at the bars and restaurants. You can byo, there is a bottle shop across the road, but we would have liked some cocktails by the pool.
The rooms were huge, we had interconnecting rooms as a family of 5, with incredible views of the sunset over the ocean. The beds were comfortable, room service and both restaurants were amazing. Breakfast is epic. The hotel is connected to the shopping centre and there were night markets out the front. The location is incredible.. the kids loved the pools and waterside and the foam party was the bomb! The mini bar was refreshed daily, including water, for no additional charges. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean, fresh and well maintained.

AustraliaThe only minor negative was the long wait time to check in. It was extremely busy, though this is more than likely due to timing as there was a music event on in Pattaya during that period.
Hotel was very clean and maintained to a high standard. Pool area was great for kids, along with the kids play centre that was adjacent. The food was reasonably priced which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone else.

South AfricaSpotlessly clean hotel. Hotel is situated above terminal 21 shopping mall so very convenient for shopping and very wide selection of restaurants on the food level. Staff at reception and the hotel lobby were attentive and always had a smile and very helpful. Rooms, restaurants, pool and rooftop bar were Spotlessly clean. The kids section of the pool seemed to really be enjoyed by the kids.
