The only thing I find less enjoyable is probably the location, but this can be resolved with convenient apps like Grab available nowadays.

Had to wait for my room that I booked almost 2 months ago and I was really tired of my travelling… I was so disappointed that at the beginning they told me that I will not get it but at the end they give me the level I wanted.

80% of visitors were from China, most of them behaved badly at the pool, breakfast or other places. Staff didn’t react to this properly. It felt that they don’t want to set them any rules and let them do whatever they want. Atmosphere at breakfast and pool area wasn’t too good because of this.

The only thing I didnt like is the Spa customer service. I tried to book but the ladies in the reception at the spa were not so helpful. I know this time of the year is busy, but seemed they are not so much keen to serve you. Anyhow, I found another really nice spa called Siam Serene, just behind the hotel so I went there several times, and they are so good.

The hotel probably new, everything is so clean and well maintain. The bed was super comfortable, the room has soundproof, so I didnt hear any neighbours. Smart TV, coffee filter (very nice), free mini bar (tho' I didn't use, but nice gesture), amazing roof top pool and many more. Because of the Thai new year I could not check out late, but it was allowed to use the Hotel facilities (pool, sauna, shower and changing room) till my flight.

You do not advertise the fact that it is an alcohol free hotel, this I found is quite misleading

The trip was more enjoyable due to the good location and convenience of the hotel. The staff were kind and the luxurious atmosphere and breakfast were excellent. If you visit Bangkok again, you will definitely visit again

The pool was very crowded and unless you got there early, it was unlikely you would get a spot.

Spacious rooms, lovely staff, good location. They went the extra mile for us and some cake, wine and flowers in the room waiting when we checked in as it was our honeymoon. The rooftop pool is amazing, perfect to escape the heat and great views over the city at sunset
