Breakfast - normally you can not eat so much, variety of dishes and meals was more for brunch instead of breakfast. The roof pool was excellent, perfect sight to the Northern and Eastern Bangkok especially in the evening time.

Location is a bit far from BTS. Also, quite a walk to the nearest restaurant and massage place. Although it is worth noting that the hotel is putting free shuttles in service in the hour to take you to the nearest BTS stop and to the center.

It’s new, only few months old, and is being by kept clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast menu, very rich.

We liked everything but perhaps the lights in the bathroom could be improved and roof top pool would be nice to have some covered, shady part, as it is not so pleasant during the day heat to sit in the direct sun.

Breakfast was amazing, staff in restaurant, reception and at all facilities was very kind and helpful. The hotel’s shuttle service to the ferry/skyline stop was very useful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The service in the rooftop restaurant is very slow! Waited nearly an hour for wine and our food came before. My main came out with no sides and i had to keep asking where my partners was so we could enjoy our meal- together! Food was good though but for the price you expect a much better service.

Amazing hotel- brand new and everything was sparkly and clean! Staff are very helpful. They run an HOURLY shuttle to the train stations etc. which is phenomenal. Pool and games room are amazing! The BEDS ARE PHENOMENAL!!! Fluffy pillows & lovely mattresses.

Location. It’s not near BTS. They do provide shuttle bus to BTS but timing to come back from BTS to hotel is irregular.

However, one downside to note is that the hotel's location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions. While this may require a bit of extra travel time, the comfort and amenities of the hotel more than make up for it.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and convenience it offered. The restaurant is a little overpriced and doesn't serve the best food either. The breakfast is very good though.

The room was exceptionally comfortable - it was actually hard to leave at times it was that good. The hotel is beautifully furnished and is maintained to a very high standard. The laundry service is also well priced - my experience of hotel laundry service is usually having to pay an absolute fortune, but this was reasonable.

During our second stay, the room was not as clean as during our first stay. But the staff immediately did a deep clean. They are very helpful! The doors to the corridor are a little leaky. Unfortunately, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. But this is complaining at a high level. I can recommend the hotel to anyone!

The hotel is amazing. Very high standard and quality. The rooms are very cosy. We felt very comfortable. The bathroom is top class. I can recommend the hotel to anyone!
