A lovely place with spacious and clean rooms, helpful, friendly, considerate, exceptional staff. Free and reliable shuttle from the pier also a nice bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you very much for having us and looking after us and our little boy so well! 🙂

We had a kitchenette and it lacked a couple of kitchen utensils, aside from that the kitchen was good.

Firstly we absolutely loved each and every staff member from reception to the cleaners, they all made our stay really enjoyable. The rooms are cleaned everyday to a really high standard, always smelt great when we came back from our day out. The location is nice if you want to be close to the busy area but come back to some peace and tranquillity. Sairee beach is only 5mins away on a scooter. They also offer a really cheap taxi service within the hotel if you’re not renting a scooter. We would stay here again 100%

The safe was abit temper-mental at first but once fixed everything was fine!

The room was very nice and aircon worked great! Lovely bathroom and shower worked well. The staff here are soooo helpful sorting everything out with you and even offered us free tars fee from the port to hotel and back. They also answered every question as best they could.

Nothing it is perfect

The free transfer to and back from the hotel was amazing considering the general insane prices for taxi(200 baht) saved us almost half cost of the day. Su -the driver met us at the pier with a sign of my name on it. The hotel workers especially the receptionist(Air) are very helpful and friendly. Helped us with motobikes and snorkeling trip arrangement. Everything was quick, comfortable and no issues at all. Bed size is big, room was cleaned everyday.

My partner & I were very close to cancelling our boat trip to Koh Samui in order to stay even longer & we wish we did!! No complaints about this place at all.

I can’t tell you how lovely and warm the staff were. The staff made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Nothing was too much trouble for them & they always had a big smile and welcoming aura. The property was lovely & they have bikes to rent at the property for very reasonable price. You can get to anywhere on the island within 10 mins on the bike so it’s ideal. The laundry service provided was 10/10.

Everything was amazing, super sweet and helpful stuff, quiet location, spacious and nice room with cleaning every day, a/c was working very well, lovely balcony perfect for chilling, also the fridge was really practical. We spent here almost 2 weeks and I definitely can say that I would go back again :)

A bit difficult to get to beaches and activities if you don’t rent a bike/motorcycle or if you’re willing to pay for the very expensive taxis.

Walking requires to walk on roads with a lot (and then I really mean a lot) of scooters. The island honestly has too many, and taxi rides are much more expensive then other places in Thailand. The hotel however offers a few free shuttle moments to town. Back to the hotel you pay someting. Watch out for scrap the repair shop has laying around at the beginning of the little road to the hotel. You can seriously hurt you feet in the dark on it and they discard your comment if you tell them you did (I ended up in hospital one 1/2 day because of it).

Very nice staff, absolutely super kind and caring. Felt at home. There are plants all over and get well treated. Location is not in the centre nor at a beach but if you have a motorbike or scooter, it is very central of many nice directions to go to. Good foodplaces nearby. Nearest beach like 8-10 minutes walking distance. City centre like 15-20 minutes walking distance, which was not a problem to us.

The property was located down an alleyway which was hard to find initially. Very quiet being off the main road though.

The amazing staff and well maintained property were so appreciated. We spent 3 lovely nights and were sad to leave. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, fruit stand and to downtown/pier.

seriously couldn’t recommend staying here more. the place is absolutely immaculate, cleaned every day if you want it and completely spotless, if not they leave a little care package with water toilet roll & coffee/tea refills. the room was huge, lots of space for luggage and big fridge and big balcony. and the bed…oh the bed 😍 the comfiest bed we’ve slept in after nearly 3 months in Thailand… we miss it already. and the staff are just lovely, can’t do enough for you and are always smiling 🥰 if we ever go to koh tao again we wouldn’t think twice about staying anywhere else ❤️

The air-conditioning was really noisy, I had to purchase earplugs so that I could sleep. The access road regularly has large puddles when it rains and requires some of the holes filling in.

The reception staff and the maintenance/cleaning staff were really lovely. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we required. Shuttle from and return to the ferry was free and perfect. If you need a motorbike (I suggest you do) the hotel can provide hire at reasonable prices.
