You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsFirstly, the room smells bad like a closet full of old clothes were the humidity is high. Secondly, the bed sheets, pillow cases were smelly, and the mattress is horrible. Thirdly, internet barely worked, with an iPhone I could not connect, with an Android phone it worked but constantly connection dropped. Fourthly, the shower is really slippery and the hand washstand had mold. Finally, there is a lot of noise at night either by staff or guests. Not worth the price, search for something else.
Location is good if you want to be away from the crowds.

Irelandthe bed was beyond uncomfortable. it was torture really, but apparently across the island this is an issue. there is no food or drinks area in the hotel. the town is a fair walk, like 15 minutes. the shower is our room was never hot! there is nobody at reception after 8pm.
the staff were friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning in the room was unbelievable! it was so good. the pool was ok.

United Kingdomthe property didn’t look anything like it’s pictures it’s very hard to locate using maps and the general facilities were poor , toilet seat etc and shower was hanging off the wall the pool chlorine was very high

SerbiaHotel needs a little renovation.
Location is pretty close. Staff is amazing, they helped us a lot. Entrance to the hotel is incredible with the palm trees. We didn’t have a chance to try out the pool unfortunately.

Australiafridge was not cleaned before entering. Bed and pillow hard as a rock. only 1 pillow each for myself and partner.
Location was good, closeish to everything. Pool view was pretty. Including the plants surrounding the balcony.
