Very weird room layout - probably a normal room rejigged as an apartment - probably could have done without the sofa - but fine for me No place obvious to plug in the kettle No sockets by the bed TV not connected- but I did not need it Room light switch on wall opposite the bed

Excellent staff everywhere. Great location in central Patong - can walk everywhere Room (apartment) had fridge/freezer, dual hotplate, kettle, toaster and a washing machine - bonus!! Room cleaning and fresh linens on request Great price for two weeks

- Toilet: The room was spacious, but the toilet shower was a bit small.

+ Staff: The staff were fantastic! Kind, helpful, and always happy to assist with any request, no matter the time of day. + Location: The hotel's central location in Phuket was perfect for exploring. + Value: I felt the hotel offered excellent value for the price. The central location made it strategically convenient for reaching most places in Patong. + Pool and Gym: The hotel offered a well-equipped gym and a refreshing pool.

The bed was as hard as a rock.

The front desk Nicky and Noi were wonderful. I would stay at this location again based on their hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

There was a lot of decorating happening during my stay and a strong smell of paint. The mattresses are quite firm. There is only one umbrella in the pool area, therefore little shade.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the location is off the main street so it was quiet at night. Enjoyed the pool area for relaxation and the occasional beverage. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

No tea bags in the room, and for an Englishman a lack of tea bags is un-forgivable

The location in a cul de sac of of the main road, meant it was fairly quite. The Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff, whilst we never ate in the hotel, there are plenty of food outlets around the area of the hotel. Overall we would be happy to stay there again.

nothing was found bad here. all I can say, you can get a good experience at the hotel, the bed's mattress was little hard. not comfortable after a tired day.

room was value for the money you spent, it is located in walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangla Road and to few other Night Markets. It was easy to access to hotel from the Airport Public Bus. Staff was friendly, No need to deposit money for the stay.

I was working remotely from the room, sometimes the wifi let me down and I had to work downstairs from the lobby. Found it a bit pricey, but didn't have much choice as I had to book last minute

The design of the room is more of an old fashion design and light in room is slightly dim.

The location is a 10 minutes walk away from patong beach and 2-3minutes walk away from the nearest 7-11/ mini mart. Besides, it is also pretty close to Patong Central Shopping Mall by about 10 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and room is overall clean and comfy.

Although small, poll area is great to take a little break from beaches and streets. Its small enough to make you go out and i mean that as a plus. Bed is hard, and that is how i like it.

Our bed was broken. And the mattress was very hard, I felt the springs.

The hotel's location is good. The hotel is quiet. Our room overlooks the pool, I recommend choosing it)
