The Wi-FI signal is bad, I needed to go on the roof or into the restaurant area to work. Be ready for a lot of geekons inside your villa, they would love to get into your food or garbage. It wasn't a problem for us, we knew that we are in a jungle :), just be prepared. It would be great if the hotel build a swimming pool and had the bike rent. We lived for 6 days, and there was no cleaning in the villa (but maybe not supposed to?), but the host lady changed the towels for us. There was no place to throw out the trash, and we had to keep it for all 6 days. A lot of wild dogs at the road to the villa (there is only one road there actually). Every time we were walking by or riding a bike there, they were barking and chasing us. It was VERY scary, but still nothing to do with the hotel itself.

You are basically at the top of a mountain with sea, city and aircraft takeoff/landing view at the same time. Incredible view! Sunsets are roof-bearing and you have the 1st row seats to the show. The stars are clearly visible at night with all this jungle sounds ♡♡♡ if you have a bike it's not a problem at all to get there. Also the sound of airplanes is almost inaudible, and inside the villa you can’t hear it at all. Great restaurant! Quite pricely compared to those in the city, but very delicious. My friend who lives in Phuket for almost 2 years said that it was the most tasty Tom kha kai she ever tried at Thailand. The restaurant and hotel are owned by the same family, they are very friendly and generous. Considering how noisy Phuket is and how many people and traffic jams are, here you look at everything from above in silence. If you want to live in the unique place with lifetime memories and living on the first coastline is not priority for you, this hotel is the best choice at Phuket!

You'll need a moped if you want to go anywhere other than this tranquil place. The dog in the dip did chase us once but we're told it's just for fun. Would have liked a kettle in the room as we're English and need tea!

One of 5 separate villas with rooftop private decking on top of a hill with amazing views. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. They arranged a moped (250THB/day) for us which was the best one we've had all month and it was delivered 30 minutes later courtesy of Bee. We had (very strong) coffee at the restaurant in the mornings and received a big plate of fruit with it. The food was good but go careful with your spice level! Great aircon. Very clean. Good shower. Big fridge.

A bit outside of everything, you need to have scooter, or rent from owner. Location is far, be careful of dogs outside.

You can hear cars coming and going, but this is not a problem, people almost never drive there.

View is amazing, even though it isn't a five star resort, the experience you get is very impressive. It is noticeable that people who leave there really care about what they do. Bed was comfy, almost no people, you get your privacy. Owners are really friendly. Thank you for having us on our last day in Phuket!

Super friendly family. They helped with everything and even picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night when we couldn't get a taxi anymore. Great view! Very spacious bungalows with lovely terrace.

It took a long time for the dogs to get used to us. Plus neighbors have really aggressive dogs - it was really stressful to pass with scooter after sunset. Rooms dont have good air ventilation. Be ready to have lizards and all kind of bugs living in your room. Not the hottest shower.

The view is amazing from any angle. Place is pretty quiet, since no one is passing this location and its not busy most of the time. Owners/staff really welcoming, positive and made us feel like home - it was the best part of this place. Really fast wifi from the restaurant space. Cooked us food according to our diet. Dinner in the restaurant is just magical - nature, lights, music makes it super romantic. Aircon works like charm. Recommend for long stay, it will let you enjoy this place to the fullest. Be ready to rent scooter or car, since its in the mountains.

it was 45-50 minutes from the center of Phuket town. This was a peaceful stay. such a scenic view.

This property was amazing with a beautiful view from your bedroom. This family provided/ offered top notch customer service; big smiles and so respectful. the food was amazing; it was so convenient to have food on the property. The drinks were so great!!!! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

As this is on the hill, water pressure is a bit low and can be slow for showers. The wifi was not working when I was there and this is disappointing and frustrating as wifi is very important to me and my work. I hope they fix the wifi ASAP!

Beautiful hilltop views of the town, Phuket International Airport, the surrounding countryside and the sea. The room is large with a large king bed, with a fridge, cupboard, a sofa, dining table and working desk. The A/C is very strong and cold. The room is cosy and comfy. The property is secluded and away from the noise. It is actually very close to the airport and yet you do not really hear any planes. A short drive down will take you to the town and eateries below. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Very nice people! Adequate parking for my rental car.

If I'm being picky the shower pressure wasn't amazing and the temperature not consistent but not a massive issue for a couple of nights. Again being picky and not a major issue, the bed was nice, big and comfortable but slightly on the harder side than we liked but that was most of Thailand beds ;)

Nice big room with great views of the airport and ocean. Perfect for sunset! Convenient if you need to be close to the airport but still want a holiday feel in the mountains. The staff were so lovely, caring and helpful, we felt like family :) they also had great food and happy to cater to any food sensitivies.

Wifi was not working in our room, I did see this review of 2 years ago already and hoped it has been fixed, but unfortunately it is not. Houses need some repair and to be refreshed. Ants were everywhere.. on the floor, in the bathroom and even in the bed, that was not nice and comfortable at all. There were holes between walls and floor, different insects could be found in our room living with us.

Hosts of this property are very nice people. The view is just breathtaking, we did not expect such a beautiful view. They offer transfer to the airport for only 200B which is very good deal and very comfortable for your travel plans. Our house had very good air conditioner. Mattress on bed was very hard, but surprisingly we slept very good on it.
