Everything was perfect at the Hard Rock hotel Pattaya. The breakfast, the gym, the pool area and above all the staff were absolutely fantastic!!!! The kids loves it!! See you again soon!

The decor of the hotel and room is fitting for a hard rock. The hotel had many activities. It was a nice location. The breakfast was very good a lot to choose from.

Halal food was specially cooked for my family during our breakfast. This definitely went beyond your scope of duties and showed tremendous consideration for your guests. Thank you :) The extensive channels on your TV was a bonus, especially for the children

We should be able to smoke in the balcony of the room.

There are too many places to set and relax. Smoking areas are nice and clean. Not like most of the hotels.

location is unbeatable, amenities was awesome (pool, tours, pick up/drop off, live band, etc…) and staff we’re just outstanding! worth every penny!

we went for our Honeymoon it was really good for the first 2 days then everyday after that it was luck some cheap holiday resort with 2 bus loads of children turned up to spend the day in the pool and use the climbing wall, so needless to say with about 50 children in the pool from a local school we didn’t feel like using the pool area. The 2nd day 2 bus load of army turned up to use the facilities for the day. It ruined our Honeymoon and all the staff could say was sorry and sent up some complimentary fruit to our room. A vey bad experience!!!

The room was not what I expected. when booking online there was an image of a balcony/terrace. My room did not have one. did book a "sea view" but it was little Sea and mostly view of an a rundown resort next door that seems abandoned.

Breakfast was Ok. not the best but good enough if you are hungry in the morning and not ready to leave the property. pool was great. Hard Rock... pools are usually top notch.

Prices in the souvenir shop of Hard Rock merchandise was a bit expensive. Limited dining options in the evening. No sweet snack (cake, biscuit etc) available for afternoon tea at the Pizzeria.

Very friendly welcome with complementary drink. Smiles from all staff, super friendly. Very I,oressibe entrance hall and the room on 7th floor Met our needs exactly - pool and sea view. Complementary water and bathroom essentials. Room cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast was superb with great selection in an airy dining room. Always met personally by the staff. Swimming pool and swim uo bar incredible. Fantastic pool setting with towels, loungers and trees. The pool area is very clean. There is even 5G hotel wifi at the poolside. A very nice touch was the two lifeguards on duty at all times. You don’t see that very often. Wifi in the hotel was great too. On our last day we were spontaneously offered a later check out (1pm instead of 12pm). Much appreciated as we didn’t ask. Great hotel location in between Beach Rd and Second Rd meaning transport costs (10 baht on the baht bus) can be minimised. Hotel is right on the beach and a short walk from Central Festival Mall. There is also a useful 7/11 opposite the hotel entrance in Second Road. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.
