We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaIt’s quiet a distance for you to walk from hotel to lee garden. You have to cross 2-3 junctions to get there. If you are with kids or elderly, you will need a transport to go to Lee Garden. This hotel is quiet far from the night life. They only provided 1 pillow. No extra towel as well.
The room is spacious, and they allow you for early check-in once your room is available. The receptionist do her job quickly and is kind enough to answer to all questions. Parking is ample, 7e and amazon cafe around 100m. Quiet area at night. Kai tod decha (halal) restaurant is also walkable from the hotel.

Room was spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. Not to worry about bringing your international adapter, the room has inbuilt USB ports. Aircond working well with adjustable dial. The room was comfortable for me. Not too far to walk to suggested eateries and street night market, and a very short distance to drive if u want to. Good value for money. I would recommend this place for anyone driving to Hatyai. Ample parking space, can easily park your car. Receptionist was friendly.
