The hotel seems to be a little bit old. Both the elevator and the hallway outside the room is kind of stifling. The bathroom in the room does not have doors or curtains for the shower area.

The room was big enough for people to move around with suitcases opened. The air conditioning was working perfectly, a little too perfect.

I think the hotel a good renovation. Most of the socket wasn't working well. The lift was slow and need a clean up too, its very dirty and dim inside the lift. The shower head need to be changed.

Good location. Near to walking street, Mike shopping and Central Pattaya. Nice view of the beach from my room balcony.

The receptionists could have been more friendly and welcoming. Also when i inquired about extending my stay for two more nights the price they offered was extortionate which was odd given my original price was very reasonable. The place was good over all but it just left a bit to be desired for an apparent 5 star hotel, maybe the rating system is different from the west so my expectations weren't reasonable but it just seemed a little basic.

The concierge through the day was so nice and friendly, lovely greetings every time you enter or leave. He even gave me a ride to the restaurant i was going to as he was finishing his shift one night. Great guy. The location was good, i chose this area to be away from the loud nightlife and for the sea view, however i will add that if you're staying on the side that faces the Hilton/Central festival there is a live music rock bar over on second road that is very loud which i could clearly hear it from my room. It was no prob for me but if you wanted early nights then maybe the opposite side of the building would be better for you.

What k didnt like was that you could hear drunk people in the hall way,and sometimes they come to the wrong door.

The reception staff is not very cooperative. I kindly requested a double bed instead of twin, but unfortunately, they did not make any effort to accommodate my request in the system. Moreover, the checkout time was supposed to be at 12 o'clock, but they failed to adhere to it and made me wait for an additional 30 minutes.

Hello Trip was fantastic .. except one person who worked on Dec 11th morning time at front desk… That man was so rude.. I asked him for water he denied saying we don’t give anything during the checkout day. What??? Seriously I paid for until I check out 12pm. And I would have extend my stay for several reasons but that persons behavior was not good. All other people were nice.

No light switches by the bed or lamp. Only way to turn lights on and off was to go to door. Hidden ceiling and bed head light,No switches! Only way to turn them off was to take out the key card which left you in total darkness. If you needed light during the night you had to fumble around in dark to get key car back in. All in all,a very uncomfortable night with no sleep
