Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsNothing really, for this price I expected it to be dated, which it was. Place doesn't look very clean even though it is clean enough. It would need some fresh paint to fix it.
This place has a pool. For this price that's hard to find elsewhere. For me, travelling by bicycle, the location was good, it's right next to a 7-eleven and a outdoor restaurant plus various food stalls. And the ride into town was easy and fast. I loved that it's a quiet place, I had the pool all to myself while I was there. The room is small but it has everything you need. Aircon, refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

PakistanThe staff was terrible in response. None of them speak English. At least there should be someone who could speak English. When I came to Hua hin by minivan I called the residence to tell the taxi driver the location but none attended the call. Such residency should put a board that foreign tourists not allowed as foreign tourists cannot talk to them.

KazakhstanStuff was very unpleasant. They were ignoring us when we arrived, couldn't find our booking and in the evening when we asked a boiled water they just refused. Room is much smaller than we expect and it had bad smell. Doors blackened with dampness.
Only one plus of the place is that it's cheap but it's also not the cheapest option we had. Small supermarket is near.

Thailandon booking.com when you look for a hotel and you come across oyo 765 pom pom residence you have beautiful photos of beautiful new and spacious clean rooms but when you arrive it's something else entirely, rooms old, dirty, small, towels torn bath completely rotten I took photos that I sent to booking.com so that it can see this scam I advise people not to go to this trash can and the word is weak
Nothing it's a real scam they put you pictures of beautiful brand new rooms and when you arrive rotten rooms from the 80s see more and dirtier see pictures. I do not recommend this hotel residence and never reachable on the phone for 2 hours my wife called them and always busy and when we arrived no one on the phone
