The air conditioner in the executive studio was not positioned well and the one on the upper level didn't work very well so it got very hot up there.

Need to ask the reception for toiletries. There are no slippers in the room. Upper deck lighting cannot be controlled separately.

The location of the hotel is a little out of the way, but the hotel provided free shuttle bus to 3 major attractions nearby on a regular basis. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, the room was amazing with great view and the breakfast had great options that meet more than our expectations. The staff were very helpful with organizing taxis, tours etc. Note, some floors still have steps to get to you room so if you have luggage you will have to carry them up and down on arrival/checkout.

It’s a little cut off or far out so don’t expect to walk anywhere. There wasn’t enough sun beds around the pool and the swim up bar never had staff. There is only one restaurant in the hotel so to get food other than there would prove to be difficult. It’s weird, it’s like going back in time to an old fashioned hotel but slowly being done up piece by piece. You can tell at one point this hotel was super trendy and cool. My room was located close to a tank outside so there was a noise that I couldn't do anything anything about.

The staff were kind and friendly. They were very helpful. Special shout out to Best the tour guide, he worked really hard to make us feel welcome. They truly are very wonderful.

The design of the hotel is good, but most of the facilities are not user friendly and the workmanship and the maintenance is not good. For example, the bathroom has no ventilation, the auto-washing toilet seat board is too small, the drainage of the bathtub is broad, the stairs to the upstairs loss, the lighting system is too high-tech to use it properly. The main problem is that the lift is not direct to your floor, so you have to bring our luggage walking up and down the stairs to the rooms. Actually this is a very nice designed hotel located in a quiet and a great view area. If they have a good management and maintenance team, I think they can do great.

The room is very spacious and it has a well equipped kitchen. The huge window with the enormous city view is great. The bed is comfortable and there are different types of pillows to suit your needs. The swimming pool is large and has a good view too.

The location is poor as to go anywhere you need to order taxis. It far away from anywhere of interest or shops. The room seem to lack electrical sockets. I had to ask for additional coffee sachets, sugar and milk.

There are lots of places where care has to be taken - uneven stone steps, slippery pool surround- in my opinion it wouldn’t great for small children. The breakfast was ok but was basically the same every day, some variety would be good.

Location was quiet, off the beaten track and you can’t really walk anywhere. There is a complimentary shuttle several times a day though to 3 places,w high we made use of. Pool view was stunning. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
