The rooms look great! But could use better maintenance, especially the showers.

The hotel is located right by the airport, it's perfect for a one-night stay before an early flight! The staff is super helpful.

The air-conditioning didn't quite cool the room enough but it was very hot and it was still doing a good job. It was a large room so there was a lot to cool

The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for relaxing before flying out the next day. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet time.

The crib we requested was never provided, the bed was hard as a rock, the bathroom was a bit dingy and dusty, and ours was the only suite without a deck despite being more expensive. The pool was full of leaves for the duration of our stay.

The location is excellent, with a short (free) transfer to the airport included in your stay. The gardens are lovely, the included breakfast is a nice touch, and the attached restaurant has good food if you don't mind paying resort prices.

A little noisy from planes but as it’s practically next door to the airport I was expecting it to be much louder.

Lovely tranquil spot in the middle of Phuket. Right next to beach and airport. Gardens are just gorgeous. Nice sized and quiet pool to use. Breakfast was sufficient which was delivered to the room which was a nice touch. All staff lovely.

The hotel could improve communication with guests... Prior to arrival I asked about the free transport from the airport, but didn't got a response and had to pay 400 B for taxi.

Really nice place to stay. I liked my bungalow very much! Good breakfast, served directly to the room - in company of few local cats. Also, the restaurant in front of the hotel serves great Thai food.

Pool has no shade so couldn’t use in heat of the day with kids. No air con in kitchen area Make sure you pay on third party website or take cash. My international card charged so much more The breakfast looked terrible so we didn’t bother

If you have a flight departing much after the standard check-out time, they don’t have a lobby or lounge where you could sit & wait in the shade or aircon, away from the sun & heat. Nothing to do with the property, but if you want to go to the beach, nearby, the National Park charges you just to walk in on on foot. 200B for an adult, which is expensive just to sit or walk on the beach.

Very nice, large bungalow-style rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast (extra charge) is delivered to your room, at the time you specify. They also have their own taxi service, to take you to the airport terminals. Also a couple of nice cafes & restaurants nearby.

Spacious houses with large glass windows, walking distance along a quiet road to the excellent beach In a national park (you pay 200 baths to enter, but it is justified and this a hole day ticket you may leave and reenter). A free transfer to the airport, we had an early flight and the transfer was at time.

The room is huge with another large room with a vanity, sm mini fridge and closet with 5 only hangers. There is nowhere to put your clothes. There is tons of space that they could put a dresser in here and a larger fridge. It was frustrating having to keep our luggage open on the floor to live out of the whole week we were here. The front driveway is all gravel that was extremely difficult to pull our luggage through to get to the sidewalk inside the property.

The staff were excellent, pool was a nice size and water temperature perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was huge with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and a deck with table and chairs to eat at. A few restaurants close by and the beach was a short walk. You had to pay to go in as it was in a National Park. After 5 pm was free. There were no toilets or food carts here.

Safety deposit box out of order, and nobody could help or do anything about it. Breakfast not included, wich was a surprise, since its a bit expensive price per night you pay.

Very nice, clean and big bungalows, within walking distance from airport, and to the beach. Small but nice swimming pool to Chill of in. Live music, bar and restaurant at nighttime. Best bungalows are 4, 5 & 6, wich means more privacy and garden view

Rooms feel very open. Glass windows on most sides and minimal privacy. Curtains are adequate if you want full privacy. Limited parking area. Restaurant is okay - staff are nice, but it is right on the edge of the road, so noisy.

Close to the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Nice small pool for cooling off. Attractive gardens and walkways.
