Couldn't really ask for a better location when staying in Chiang Mai. Absolute gem of a hotel. Not many rooms, boutique vibes. The rooms are beautifully put together and the beds were super comfy. No breakfast (snacks provided) and no pool but that's not what i'd really be looking for in Chaing Mai. Too many good restaurants to try and too much to see than waste time in a pool. Staff were lovely

Everything was great!

The staff was extremely friendly and always very helpful. We loved that they put a small snack in front of the room every morning as a little present. Would always recommend this place!!

The hotel really thought of the details and made our stay incredibly comfortable, through, for instance, daily top up of water supplies, snacks, cleaning when we were gone… also, the story of the hotel and how it was built, by using sustainable techniques and upcycling materials made us stay there happily, as they did think of the environmental footprint of their activities. Would 100% stay there again and were even thinking about ways to go back, just to stay there. The location is amazing - central and quiet at the same time. The beds, bedding, deco - perfection!

The room aren't soundproof and we can hear the people in the room next to us. Its a shame there aren't any closet/drawers to unpack. There are some hangers but not enough for 2 person.

A pretty close to all main attraction in old city. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Snacks are offered every morning. Feels nice to be in the room.

This hotel is exactly as described by the hotel and reviewers. So, if you are looking for a hotel with a pool, breakfast, elevator and 24 hr front desk, this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a quiet, large, modern room in a beautifully designed hotel near the East Gate and walking distance to the Markets and Old City, then this is your hotel. The staff are wonderful, the morning snacks left by your room a nice touch and the little restaurant next door has great coffee. As every one has mentioned in previous reviews, the water pressure truly needs improvement.

The location was fantastic and easy to get to anywhere you needed to go. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and she was able to give us some great recommendations in the area. Would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to visit again. Everything! The owner is the loveliest person in the world - makes you feel like part of the family. The hotel is fabulous, chic and spotless. Cleaned everyday. Little edible presents also left outside room each morning!
