Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good Location but quite places. Walking distance to beach, walking street and LK Metro. Room size was fine and we're clean, smooth check-in and Breakfast was goods 👍 with options. Bed we're also good not too soft not too hard.

PhilippinesIf you opt for cold shower, the water pressure is very slow. Corridor and elevator doesnt have AC, hence u can smell the carpet odor.
The hotel is very clean and close to the bars. Staffs are helpful and attentive.

United KingdomRooms are reasonable size but they could offer some larger rooms which would be nice for longer stays. Also it would be nice to have a better bar area. The hotel has a small seating area next to reception which doesn't offer much ambience. Finally breakfast would be beteer from 7.00 to 11.00 rather than 6-10 as most folk here are not up at six, unless they are retuning from that night out!
A good hotel situated at the end of Soi Bukhao, the must go to street for ex-pats and less hassle than Walking Street. The hotel has a small gym, pool and sun area on the top floor all of which are adequate. Breakfast is served buffet style with an excellent choice of food and drinks. Whilst being next to a very noisy and busy Soi, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. Rooms can be cleaned anytime so you needn't worry if you have a lie in. Just ask reception for housekeeping when you want and the room will be cleaned and linnen and towels replaced.

United KingdomBreakfast is 6 to 10 am. It would be better if this was 7 to 11 as many people are out late at night.
Very well priced hotel at the start of Soi Bukhao and on bhat bus routes so close to everywhere. Room a decent size. Your room is serviced on demand which is grest if you want to sleep in . There is a small but nice pool and a reasonably equipped gym. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection.

ChinaCame early morning, wouldn’t be allowed to check in and feel hungry, then had a breakfast but have been charged despite I declared that I missed coupled of meals last time when I stay there’, even I said I can switch the meals from the last, however the staff insisted charging me.
