Couldn’t fault it.

Modernised feel. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooftop bar and also the pool located on floor 6 were fantastic. Amenities were out of this world. Super food’s Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion made me feel like I had my own spa.

Having to go to the other building for the roof terrace and spa facilities meant that we didn't use them as often as we would have.

Balcony was shaded so not too hot. The breakfast selection was fantastic that even my husband came down to breakfast! He particularly enjoyed the poached eggs, saying he'd never had them cooked so well. The location being just across the road from the beach was most appealing as well as being on the main road with the frequent hop on hop off taxi service. The SOAK toiletries were good quality and especially welcome was the body conditioner.

A shame that when I stayed their nice beachfront restaurant was being renovated, but that just means I shall have to go again!

Lovely welcome from the staff. Although there are works going on at the hotel, these did not interfere with the pleasure of the stay. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Great views. Very good location. I will happily stay here again.

The breakfast food can be a little better, we expect some more mild, simple and plain (Asian) food for elders and kids to eat.

Location is great, very close to the beach and one 7-11 is just downstairs, super convenient. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is well designed with balcony with sea view. My kid loves the kids room, great for 2 years.

Beware felt ripped off after concierge organised my taxi when leaving and I was charged 3x the regular price for my journey to my family’s house nearby. I said this is expensive but he was adamant it was correct. Left a bad impression of my stay.

Renovation work is quite noisy.

Lovely spacious rooms with fantastic glass shower cubicle.. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Location was superb and dining was 1st class. Excellent facilities.

Great place and our room was beautiful. The hotel is located right on the Beachfront and in the midst of the typical Pattaya tourist experiences it's also a great place to stay if you just want to sit back and enjoy the pool and other guest facilities. The only downside is that parts of the hotel are closed off for renovation and we could hear the noise from the work in our room.

I was not a fan of the pillows too soft.

The two pools were great with sufficient place to lounge in the shade. The room aircon was the best I had come across in my travels and very quiet room considering the location.

Electronic card keys must be used in the lift, but instructions weren't clear! Insert card, remove card, should flash green, now press your floor.

The place is big, and the location is great for Terminal 21 huge indoor shopping, street markets behind, beach on the door step. It's away from the noisy walking street end and would suit those seeking a more leisurely break. We had a lovely seaview, I think most rooms do, we were high up on floor twenty, so no street noise at all. Breakfast buffet is very fresh and large choices of English, continental, and Asian, noodles or bacon and eggs, fruit, etc. It's all there.

Cannot find anything to complain about after 5 days here.......

Great and gentle staff. Much kindness. Wonderful place to enjoy a vacation. Versatile breakfast and again, staff very kind. I must say this experience at a Holiday Inn is a great surprise to me. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
