1.The room's soundproofing is poor, I can clearly hear the people next door talking and the sound of turning the lights on and off. Hearing these sounds late at night makes me anxious. 2.There is always a sewer smell in the bathroom, which is very stinky.

HOMA was a great place to stay. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. My partner was sick during our stay so we needed to stay close to the hospital. They couldn't have done more for us. When I had to extend our stay it was no issue and even managed to keep us in the same room. Facilities were great, swimming pool is lovely. We ate in the restaurant and food was very nice.

Tv options, limited channels and could not connect via screen mirroring from phone. Lack of room service menu. Lots of mosquitoes in pool are and waiting room when waiting for taxi etc. but nothing major that will keep me away..

Loved the breakfast and the swimming pool area. Great modern hotel and had great vibes I loved it here. Extremely clean, huge room and good sized bed with amazing comfort. You get free water on every level with available fountains almost everywhere this was the best.

Overall we had a pretty decent stay. Only issue may have been the airconditioner positioned directly above the bed made me sick.

Really beautiful view from the pool, friendly staff, clean facilities, nice games room, good selection of food at the restaurant. The hotel is pet friendly so there are cute dogs walking around occasionally. Very decent sized shampoo and body wash in the shower. Although we stayed 2 nights, this place is designed for longer term residents and has a coworking space. If you’re Russian you’ll love this place. It also has a range of cool weekly fitness activities like yoga that anyone can join for a small fee. Although it’s not really within walking distance to main attractions, we took a taxi to the Sunday walking market and other bars/restaurants. Pool open late which is nice for a night swim.

First and foremost the location, the staff was super nice and helpful and patient in answering all your questions. This place has an infinity pool with mind blowing view, A bful terrace and restaurant for kids they have a gaming room and toy room and a gym too. All in a all 5 star place to be there and I am glad that I found it. We booked our island tours from their tourist desk it was little more expensive but totally worth it and they deliver what they charges so I strongly suggest book from their.

Very comfortable base for our 20 night stay in Phuket. You need a car or scooter due to the location but we really like this hotel and couldn’t fault it at all. The restaurant is superb and excellent value for money and the roof top pool is a stunning place to spend late afternoons / early evenings.

Amazing property, loved the location as I wanted to stay in phuket town instead of Patong area. Exceptional infinity pool with an amazing sunset view. The room was a proper suite with kitchenette and utensils. The staff was kind enough to decorate our room for our anniversary.

The hot water was not working but they replaced the boiler when they found out it was broken You need to use the application if there are any issues which they really dont respond fast to it so you need to go down to the front desk The gym is a bit small with a lot if missing equipment. I hope they can put more space and exercise machines there
