We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAfter a long day of walking in the heat, I did not like having to have my room card updated, configured or whatever it was they had to do with it. This happened four times during my stay and I have no idea why. The WiFi was quite poor, but that wasn't a big deal for me. In terms of the location, I made a mistake booking this hotel. It's a good 40 minute walk from the town centre.
I found the bed to be very comfortable, the view from my bed was beautiful, the shower was great, the AC was not too powerful or too weak, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Germanyvery lout. like you have no walls and sleep outside. no cleaning service (at least take a rubbish bin away?!) till check out mini fridge is loud staff didn’t want to check us in because we booked via booking and was sending us from one building to another.
