Electric locks on main door and room doors not easy to deal with in the beginning. It would be better if host can add more pictures to instruction since we are not only people who got confused. There was a street light outside right next to the window more solid curtains will makes this place just perfect

Small but very cosy and clean room. There is kettle and hair dryer, lots of hangers, electric sockets next to the bed. All furniture looks new. Common area with fridge and microwave is a nice bonus. Great location in very quiet street but still easy to find.

It was mentioned in the booklet in the room that there is room service every two days but there’s none.

Very clean and spacious. Bed is comfy and good thing it has shower heater. Our room also has a balcony where we can hang our towels to dry. It also has many socket so it is very convenient when charging multiple devices.

The staff doesn't talk and understand English, hard to communicate. No lift.

It's clean, safe, and near to almost everything, train station, market, and mall. Mostly it's quiet. The bathroom is also clean.

No elevator to our room in the third floor. But, it’s not really an issue. There’s no one to greet us or to ask/guide us. It feels like we’re missing the human interaction 😄

Spacious with complete facilities. The property is more than enough for our group of 4 people. It has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. We have a refrigerator in our room, an electric water heater, a hairdryer, and a shower with hot water. There is also a microwave, a small dining table and cutleries downstairs. And the wifi works really well.

I think it would be better if the house slippers would be rubber and can be washed.

The property is very peaceful and clean. Its location is very strategic for a tourist.

They don’t clean your room everyday. No towel change unless you request. Luggage storage at the lobby/pantry area. No one is looking after your luggage. You store at your own risk. You have to collect your luggage before 4pm or you will be fined 1000 baht.

The room is clean but somehow the toilet has a musty smell. The hotel is in a alley but it is safe to walk back during night time. There is a nice cafe next door. Quiet area and we had a good sleep.

The shower in the heater needs to be fixed. It's either too cold or too hot. My family stayed for 14 days, but they only changed the bedsheets once after we requested it on our 10th day.

Location is near BTS and pratunam market. 20-30 mins walk to platinum shopping mall. There's a security guard 24/7 in the area since the alley is full of hostels, too. My family felt very safe. 7eleven and food stalls are just walking distance, there's a laundry shop nearby as well. Self check in and out was very easy.

Maybe due to the building design, there's only staircase, a bit hard for the travelers with large and multiple luggage. But the overall is good.

The location is quite good and just opposite K Maison Hotel. I like the quiet and calm environment of my room and the surround. The toilet and room are clean and it is safe to stay.

The bed is not comfortable. The room I check in is tatami designed, which I think is not suitable for elderly. I accidentally sprained my ankle when get up from bed.

Lots of street food just walking out the alley. Quiet and clean. Room size is a good fit for couples. Bathroom is spacious and Water is strong. About 10 minutes walking to the nearest BTS victory monument station
