Nice hotel to stay, close to everything you need and very quiet as it is out of tourist areas. Great gym around the corner.

Pool bar was not open even though it says there is one which was part of the reason we booked here. Selected drinks were available from the fridge in reception but no sugar free options available for the diabetics in our group. And the fridge wasn't very cold. We found ourselves over and back to the shop all day long. There were rats around the outside area by night but they did have cats on the grounds. There's probably not much else that can be done to keep them away. They were everywhere around the island.

Cleaners were very good, coming in everyday unless you put up Do not disturb. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast staff were friendly. 7eleven shop straight across the road. Heated pool. Fumigated every 2 or 3 days. Not one cockroach in sight.

Mosquitoes were the worst and even repellent was not enough, I guess it is price for nice garden view. Not enough matrases by the pool. I don't think that shower was cleaned during our stay,toilet was malfunctioning sometimes. If you want coffee, not nescafe, you have to pay. It's better to grab coffee in nearest 7/11.

Bit run down. Breakfast very Asian influence, more variety needed. Issue on arrival with cot that had been organised months before stay. Had to stand my ground to get one organised otherwise I don’t think they would have bothered.

Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians.

Close to the beach, walking distance to the center of town and to Bangla Street, but very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful subtropical grounds, large attractive pool. Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast if you are not a vegetarian.

They gave us a different room than I booked. Aircon did not work properly and was quite loud. Pool bar was not open, I checked twice.

The rooms are showing their age and are not worth near the price before discount.

The hotel rooms are a good size and fairly quiet. The beach is an easy walk as is the main Patong beach shopping strip. Wifi was fast and the staff are happy, friendly and efficient. There is a great, inexpensive gym with Muay Thai classes less than 5 minutes walk.

Hotel only serves breakfast, restaurant is closed for rest of the day. There's a 7 11 across the road but crossing over is a nightmare. The gym could do with getting upgraded.

Lovely little hotel, round the corner from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool is lovely.

Although the pool bar was there and advertised it wasn’t open in the 11 nights we were there which included Christmas & New year. The resort bar advertised was actually just a fridge at reception which consisted of beer and soft drinks only. All the staff were very nice but none of them could speak English. There was no room service either and the restaurant was only open in the morning for breakfast.
