The cleanliness on our arrival to the hotel could have been better although this was mostly rectified upon making it known to housekeeping/reception. We didn't have lunch or dinner here so can't comment with regards to these meals but breakfast was definitely not worth it. Much better options available in town

We stayed in one of only 2 of the double storey pool villas. The villa wasn't cleaned properly on arrival although this was mostly rectified when discussed with housekeeping. Prior to our complaint the unit smelled of mould, the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned, the kitchen sink was dirty, the bathroom on the ground floor was not stocked with towels, toilet paper or bathroom amenities and the outdoor pool area had cigarette butts under the outdoor seating. Housekeeping cleaned our room whilst we were out for dinner and a fragrant candle helped clear out the mould smell. Other than the room not being cleaned prior to our arrival, the breakfast was very ordinary. I would recommend not purchasing breakfast and going to one of the many amazing restaurants, cafes and street food vendors instead of having breakfast at the hotel. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, having our own plunge pool overlooking the main pool area and swim up bar was so perfect that for 24 hours we didn't leave our room except to collect a food delivery from the reception area. The staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. The location is peaceful and close to many amenities although you do need the shuttle bus to get to the beach or the busier parts of town. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beachfront and market area which departs every 2 hours. The AoNang markets and street food area is a must try! If you're travelling here from Patong or another larger city, buy your souvenirs from AoNang, its much cheaper here!!! I would definitely stay here again

1. The room I have booked was Premier Villa, on the first night I have found in my room baby lizard 🦎 , it was room 202. I've to kill it! The facilities in the room was old, at least they should do touch up and clean the room properly. 2. The reception team is useless, they are not talking English, just few words. So in my case every time when I have to ask them something I was struggling. They will talk to you in Thai, even if you don't understand. To attention Management of the hotel at least put 1 staff in reception who speaks English well. Your restaurant staff are better speak in English than your reception team. 3. After incident with baby lizard 🦎 I have requested to change my room immediately however receptionist ( it was a male) told me that it will be possible in the morning. So I agreed as it was midnight already. In the morning they told that I have to wait again until noon time as they will give once someone will checkout, so they clean it etc. After waiting a long time I have been provided another Premier Villa , which had same issues. It seems like the whole property needs to be supervised by management especially housekeeping work and facilities in the room . 4. The breakfast was so so. As muslim I still was able to find something to eat. Would prefer to have more options... 5. I have asked for late check-out , if possible on my departure date, which was May 16, 2024. However the reception rejected, saying that they can do it for extra charges only. My late check-out request was only 1 hour, until 1 PM. Usually hotels all over the world accepting free late checkouts until 1 PM based on availability, this is as per my experience for the last 15 years, I have been traveling so many countries and experienced a lot of hotels. I would do understand if they have someone assigned for this room and waiting in the lobby, so they need to clean the room as soon as I checkout. However their excuse was different.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t believe the view from our balcony! The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were so helpful and polite. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops.

The bird from the reception starts singing at 6 in the morning. In its song there is a part where it simply screams. They finally found a solution to the situation after three notifications. They moved the bird.

A beautiful location and a superb swimming pool that give a real exotic atmosphere. The location provides transfer to the beach and to the market by tuk tuk every day.

They giving only one key card for the room. We lived three in one room and the key was always problems.

Hotel has swimmig pool and interieur garden. Location is aside the main city center, but in walkable distance. ~10 min walk to the main street. Cheap market restaurant in the market not far from hotel. In front of the hotel - massage places.

Shower floor was made up of pebbles concreted to create a floor was uneven and the shower wasn’t particularly the best due to low water pressure, In the breakfast area there were several Flies hovering over and landing on the omlette station food, no effort was made to cover them up to prevent this

There was some booking mistake. They told us simply that they are full and have no rooms free for us, 3 gusts. When I called the manger (Kao) the situation changed

WI-FI was extremely poor in the Villas. Netflix didn’t work on the tv. Phone had no Wi-Fi on one side of the room and on the bed.

I didn’t like only that shuttle was every 2 hours.

It’s so cute and green, I felt myself like in the jungles. I had an amazing view from the balcony on the pool. Breakfast was good also. Location is not so close to the beach, like 15 min by walk, but still walking distance. There is a shuttle every 2 hours.
