Did not like to leave!

Have been traveling a lot and seen many 5 star resorts, usually am too lazy to review but must make an exception now. Congratulations GM Christian for recruiting a dream team! To name just few is difficult, because they were all superb. Fantastic yoga instructor Chan also teached our son to swim. Emmy, Sara & co in the magnificent outdoor Regency Lounge. Lounge reception team with Vito and Ruj. Miss you all already! Great clean surroundings, white sandy beach, big beautiful pools and a lot of activities both for adults and children, great breakfast, restaurants, rooms (king executive appeared a bit small for three so we were upgraded to executive deluxe); lounge happy hour - as everything else - exceeded our expectations. All the best and definitely see you all again!

The room configuration was slightly odd with shower cubicle and toilet off kitchen area. So the kitchen counter had to double up as a bathroom counter. Strange for such an expensive room. The food and drinks were very expensive - however superb places to go locally.

Although pricy for Thailand the breakfast was fantastic. The choice of foods incredible. The resort was beautiful!

The bath did not work in our room, and took some time to try to resolve. We received a complimentary afternoon tea and a room change for the inconvenience, but endured quite a delay with check-in to the new room. It was a shame as our original room was much nicer, better location and nicer interior. Unfortunately, the room we moved to had a yellow stain on the seating/sofa area so we refrained from using it. (I imagine this has not been bought to the hotels attention previously, we didn't want to make a fuss due to us already moving rooms)

The hotel is lovely and has great facilities including the spa. It is located on the beach, and swimming pool is great. Majority of the staff are very friendly and attentive especially Emmy who really went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Christian & the management team (unfortunately I do not know all their names) were also very friendly. Club lounge access is great, with a good selection for food for breakfast & dinner. The signature restaurant is also fantastic, definately the best seafood and steak we have had here in thailand.

The food is not up to the standard of a 5 star, nothing extraordinary, lack of choice, quality and taste is average. The rooms need a refreshment, a bit old.

A bit overprized for being at Hua Hin, there are many more value for money options, also too many people with dogs.

Nice pool area, nice loungers where you can see the beach, very nice SPA area, nice restaurant close to the beach.

nothing special. Wood Drying rack on the balcony got paint peeling, which was a small surprise.

Friendly atmosphere. Good food. Reception speaks my language (chinese) and helped to arrange our taxi back to Bangkok. Tony's archery lesson was very interesting and good for everyone.

We didn't like that we couldn't get a babysitter or a nanny, but we understand that, that may have been because of covid protocol. But we hope that service comes back after the world has normalised further and we are back there with our family again

We love how family friendly the property is and how much fun my kids had. It is ideal for a long vacation by the beach. The staff were amazing and so is the food in the hotel too.

Room was lacking natural light, although this encouraged you to enjoy outside. Gym was a bit small.

Nice resort, beautiful gardens, lovely warm swimmable pool, beachfront with restaurants, bars and 7-11 a 300m away. The Dar restaurant on the main road was especially good, and on weekends the Cicada Night Market is a really nice way to spend your evening. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. Nice seating area on the balcony. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and it was excellent value. The hotel restaurants were pretty good value. Lots of activities such as archery and fish feeding. Resort was quiet and peaceful during the week, although it got a bit too busy for me on the weekend.

It is a beautiful and shady hotel. It's a good combination. Between the trees and the cleanliness, don't look so stumped that there are too many insects. Archery is a very good activity. Teacher Joe, who teaches well, teaches well, is easy to understand. Teacher is calm, teaches until shooting at the target. K.Vito and all lovely staff Asking for help and great help. K.Best and all staff at breakfast room very polite and support the customer. Underwater aerobics but the water is a bit deep make it difficult to act fun teacher make activities not boring

I called 3 days in advance to book three rooms in the same floor or near but they did not organize about this. The check-in time was very late. They said 3 pm but did not get it on time. I think it is pretty unfair with the check in/out time. Check-in is 3 PM and check out is 12.00.
