How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TBH it needs a little renovation, but it didn't really bothered me. Rooms are comfy, localization is great, staff is lovely and I would definitely come back again!
Localization is GREAT! Girls from the lobby (Prery! <3) are really helpful - they gave me a fan when I felt a bit sick of AC! Definitely for solo travelers ang young couples. Lovely hotel!

It was all good.
Very nice room with good light and nice layout. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. I had a slight issue with water leaking from the air conditioning unit and they repaired it immediately.

There is no air conditioning in the lobby even though the lobby is closed

Low pressure shower, wet floor from shower every time; noisy air con; uncomfortable bed. A little bit smelly street but that is not the hotel’s fault.
The location is really good, cozy swimming pool at the top & very friendly and helpful staff. Working wireless internet. The staff set a trip for us that was 50% cheaper than at the streets.

This is an extremely clean and comfortable apartment hotel room located centrally in Patong Beach. I would highly recommend these rooms to budget or short-term travellers.

Straight away, i had a lovely warm welcome with a smile at reception upon checking in at "I Am O'TEL PATONG" which was a great first impression of the place and then shown to my room. Throughout my whole stay, every member of staff i came into contact with were very friendly, which really does make a hotel stay so much better :) The hotel is a hidden gem- the street it is on is a little side street with character and charm. The locals will say hello and always smile. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly (if required) whenever i left the clean me sign on the door. In my room, i loved the led lights around some of the features on the walls and the "stars/space" paintwork the ceiling had- very quirky and a nice addition. My little balcony had a great view of the jungle-covered mountains in the distance behind Patong, which looked so impressive as a back-drop of the resort. I booked the "5 island Phi Phi Tour" day boat trip through reception, which saved me a fortune, compared to the prices quoted through a lot of the tour booths i had seen dotted around Patong- so another bonus about this hotel. I always say the best review about accommodation is if you would stay again... and i certainly would... and certainly will! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable- it felt like my home from home :) One last thing- i loved how responsive the lift in the building was- random but has to be said :)

The staff are not as happy and kind as the rest of Thai people we got to meet. There was a lizard incident in the room that they did not manage to resolve (my husband did).
The hotel is in Patong, 10-15min walk to both the beach and Bangla road but still very quiet and cozy. The room is thoroughly cleaned daily. The pool is ok to freshen up.

No breakfast. Our room was a bit small but comfortable and functional.
Pool was superb, location is excellent as youre only 10 minutes away from Bangla rd. Lots of really good little restaurants close by and several good, legit massage shops offering really cheap massage. Love the Milky Way lights on the ceiling.

No window or balcony.
Just stayed here for 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. Really good value. Staff were lovely. Rooms were nice and clean, decent shower too. Rooftop pool too. Walking distance to Bangla Road and Patong beach.

Should install an AC at the reception area.
The room is comfortable and value for money. Location is good as it’s away from the happenings venue so it’s not noisy during the night
