Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was a very good 3 star hotel. It is 3 stars though, so don't expect too much. The rooms were pretty basic in terms of decor, fit and finish, but perfectly fine.
Great stay in Bangkok. Used the free shuttle service to the station, but would have liked a return option. Use Grab for the first time, and was very happy using this. Not too much around hotel, but walked to local park. Some cafe-style resturants around - very cheap about 70thb. Best place was Theo Cafe and Restaurant, opposit Sena Fest - we loved this place. Authentic and reasonably priced, open until late. Don't both eating at the hotel, it's ok but overpriced.

United KingdomRooms are clean but just very basic. Bed was so so on comfort levels. Overall decent place to stay for a few nights though! Would recommend it.
Rooms were very clean. Shower was good with good water pressure. Location along riverside is great - can get to iconsiam easily for breakfast or lunch. Rooms were cleaned every day and did it well. Can get boat over the river for about THB25-30 per person to go to more central locations/sightseeing.
