Perfect location for tours (we booked before arriving), which meant free transfers. The hotel was close but far enough from Bangla Road and the mayhem. The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing with our family. The food was great, drinks the best compared to local bars and the rooftop pool was glorious.

Great service and accomodation! Amazing pool with amazing staff Breakfast was one of the best we have had and we enjoyed dinner on our last night, delicious! What we enjoyed is that everything was very nice and quiet and relaxing in such an crowded place like Patong. So whenever you are tired from the crowds you could just go to roofbar and pool and just relax while the Patong Centre is just available at any time. Staff was remarkable!

There was a problem with the balcony door and it wasn't closing and there was noise coming since it is a loud street next door. They repaired it after i told them. I gave them white tshirt to wash. There was tea spoiled. But it wasn't cleaned when i got it back. I had a rush so i didn't have time to ask it again.

The room was facing second street and although on a high floor there was some noise and if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem… In room there was not enough Space for putting my clothes and if you travel as a couple it might be a little difficult… The lobby was designed as a Caribbean open space style but it’s not air conditioned and if you have to wait there more than few minutes the heavy heat begins to disturb…also because of its relatively small size it can be some times very crowded especially when big group is checking in/out…

Breakfast was very very busy and we had a party of six and it time to accommodate us on one table. We asked for connecting rooms and were given rooms a long way away from each other. After a long discussion we got the rooms close together. This is an IHG hotel and as a Platimum member you would think you may get some level of priority but I feel like we were just another number

The rooms were excellent quality and the other facilities around the pool and gym were very good. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast needed to have better items served. There was a dead cockroach in the balcony of my room and to my surprise housekeeping came and cleaned my room 2 times and it was still there in the middle of the balcony. Also, it can get noisy in your room from all the outside music etc.

The location was close to just about anything. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool on the top floor is amazing. The room was comfortable.

While, the variety selection of food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the cooking was a little inconsistent from day-to-day

We have been to Phuket, probably about 8 to 9 times and this hotel by far was the standout. It was modern, clean, comfortable, and very friendly stuff.
