Our private pool did not smell great. Needed more chlorine. Gym facilities you needed a pass from front desk then you needed to take a ride up to the gym as our room was located far away so it was convenient and more of a hassle really.

I liked the private pool mostly and that they provided a free shuttle. I also enjoyed the onsite food and the staff were great!

The door wasn't closed properly at the beginning of our stay, we had to write a note in the room to remind them to shut the door properly, from there every day is perfect

It’s necessary to take a car or cab to go to any place. The hotel provides only a shuttle bus to Patong beach and only every 2 hours

The stay was so enjoyable the sky suite and the jacuzzi suite both were beautiful the breakfast was nice actually the hotel looks way more beautiful than the photos

The inaccessibility from the happening places. Had a very bad experience booking the tour with the hotel. The guide couldn't speak English at all and I had to end my trio in between asking me to drop somewhere because I couldn't converse with him at all. The quality of toiletries are very substandard and do not Match anything to what 4 or 5 star hotel should offer. Soap is very basic, Shower gel and shampoos are substandard. There is a definite scope of improvement. Quality of breakfast can be improved. Cereals, healthier options are missing. Saw whole range of lunch buffet cuisines in breakfast menu for the first time.

Room was big and spacious. Pool and view was amazing. The staff Transferring from rooms was punctual and very helpful. Food in the menu is good.

Site arrangement is not ideal, it requires a degree of taxi'ng around just to get back and forth to your location. Spot is also a bit up North of Patong which is just far enough to make it too far to walk to local spots. Some of the rooms are located directly close to the road which can get quite noisy and disturbs mood of private room arrangement. Local taxi into town was not very reliable on timing towards the later traffic hours.

Spacious Private Rooms with pools were super nice, view is gorgeous and food and restaurant serves up some great local options. Staff was super helpful, delightful and made the overall experience better!

Just nit picking really, but maybe the pool could have been a little better maintained, granted there are a lot of pools on sight. The garden/pool area of the room could possibly do with a little refresh, the lights in the plunge pool where no use, very very dim, and the outside maybe just needed things refreshing (But thats just me being picky, nothing wrong with it other than that) The Bus times - so the earliest is 11am and the last one is 10pm and in between its 2pm, 4pm. 6pm and 8pm, kind of wished their was a bus at 9am for the early starters, and the only issue with returning on the 10pm bus is the traffic (Which can not be helped, but just be warned it will be 11pm by the time you get back not the hotels fault by any means.

We stayed here from the 20th of March till the 30th. A lovely hotel to stay at to say the least. First impressions were that the staff were attentive and helpful and the sight was well maintained which remained throughout. Me and my partner had the premium delux room with Plunge pool. The room was spot. Stunning view over looking the Patong bay area, room was full of amenities (not going to name them all), a huge bed and a sofa/lounge area, his and hers sinks, rainfall shower as well as your conventional shower. Also you had two beach towels in your room which were refreshed daily. Out side, 2 sun loungers, a small pool and your plunge pool and seats and a table. The room has been well looked after and was very clean and remained clean throughout our stay. The onsite restaurant was good, a tad on pricey side compared to going into town (But which hotels restaurant isnt?) but the food was good! Breakfast, which was included, has a great selection ranging from Western to Asian, all your pastries, freshly cooked eggs, fruits, juices and so on, huge selection to say the least and that was very very good. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to patong (1.8km) and back again throughout the day, but this needs to be booked (usually booked it after breakfast) this was a very very handy service. Overall a great experience staying here, lovely room, brilliant and attentive staff, no issue too big or too small they would do what they could do for you. Would stay here again.
