Perfect location, very friendly staff and amazing massage from the hotel salon. We could freely take beach towels that smelled very nice.

Owner not friendly at all : no hello, no "wish you a good stay" by message. When I asked 2 days prior to arrival some details and gave some information about the time I would arrive, he just answered that the details would be given 2 days before I arrive !!! A businessman working like a robot. Thank you for this, really appreciated ! Fortunately, people working at massage parlor are friendly.

Quiet and central location at the same time. Staff working at massage parlor also works for maintaining that place.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach. It’s a bit basic but good value for the location.

Firework every night after midnight. Sometimes we couldn't sleep properly.

Staff is amazing. Always smiling and will help with anything. Hotel is one minute walk from the beach and in the center of Patong beach. Room is comfortable and clean.

It's located very near to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still a very peaceful, clean and safe place to stay. The staff is very nice. You can use the washing machine outside which is 50 Bhat but it's a great price you don't need to walk far away.

The hotel doesn't have a reception they have a spa whose staff manages it. Although they are great people but if you have an issue in off hours, that probably can be something to worry.

The room had a recliner, which was amazing. The balcony was good but had a shed which had restricted the fresh air so it wasn't very pleasant to sit outside. But I also stayed on the 2nd floor , and the balcony was way better in terms of fresh air. Other than that everything was very good like the room size, decor and staff.

The toiletries weren't there actually except for a shower cap. The hotel didn't have any reception too, they have a spa adjacent to the place whose workers manage it. It's good and smooth unless you have any issues in the off hours.

The room was excellent, and especially the balcony was so refreshing. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The place was at such a center spot that just downstairs, we'd get restaurants that served delicious food

The stuff was great, very kind.The hotel has perfect location. The beach is litteraly 10 steps in front of hotel. It's near Bangla streat, but far enough not to hear noisy and to have peace to sleep. Room has enough space and the bathroom is space and clean. We had nice 5 days and next time if we vome back to Phuket, we will defenatly come back to this hotel. It's new hotel and it nice and clean.

Hard beds but we knew to expect. Its probably more of a preference than a complaint. Maybe a mattress topper.

Perfect location. Right at beach street nestled off a side street by MsDonalds and Starbucks plus everything else, restaurants, markets, and massage . Just a 5 minute walk to Bangla Street. Was quiet inside given the location. You could hear television noise while in the hallway and the bustling little side street restaurant while inside the room. No complaints as it adds to the charm of a little beach inn. Will stay again!

My only dislike was the stairs, we were on the top floor and you have to lug your luggage all the way up the stairs. Obviously can't be helped, but be prepared.
