We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the place is superb. I stayed in this Hotel in 2016 and again now. From there rooftop, one can have the great view of the Pattaya beach. The rooms are comfortable and spacious as compared to other hotels around the same location. The staffs are polite, well behaved and ready to help you at anytime.

United KingdomThis hotel is awarded a SHA+ and a 3 star rating. we had a pillow without a pillow case and the pillow was heavily stained, The air con compressor on the balcony was full of bird dropping as was the balcony floor under the compressor, THE air con keeped stopping and starting during the night and made a loud noise every time it did. The fridge was very loud during startups to maintain temperature, Morning staff were noisy outside our room,i know they have to clean but there is a time to do this when you have guests.
This hotel is located in a central postition in the city with easy access to both beach and restaurants as well the shopping malls, pleasant little hotel, Just needs staff with lmproved PR skillls.
