I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast (as a vegan). We paid an expensive early checkin and had to purchase it separately and it wasn’t that great. The building is very tall and thin, so all you do is move up all the time. I missed the 5 star treatment a little bit sometimes (opened the main door myself, but that is complaining on a high level). Locationwise it was a bit far from everything, but still good connected through the „on nut“ station. There was at least a big lotus center and some food places next to the hotel. None of this was a reason not to come back. But there are so many more hotels to explore :)

The whole interior design is fantastic and so are the views from the rooftop and restaurant/bar area. Everything really looked and felt expensive and chic. The bed was comfy and the rooms were beautiful with lots of indirect lighting coming. There’s a smart TV with YouTube and a big shower in the room.

The property exceeded our expectations, it was amazing from the entry til exit. The facilities were 10/10, the rooms were 10/10 (nice and clean) and the staff was 10/10. Would definitely recommend

Nothing, maybe a Netflix fiction on the TV.

Hotel is very new, with modern fittings and excellent service. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is good and there is an awesome rooftop tapas restaurant. Best of all, it’s only 30 min away from the airport!

It's quite far to get to the site-seeing areas, at least the ones we went to like the Grand Palace and that area

Stunning hotel, every detail is thought out. Breakfast is great, everything happens at the high floors with great views of the city. Room was very comfortable and very well equipped

Would like more facilities in a gym other than free weights and cardio machines

Great location, liked the rooftop bar and pool also. Had an issue with the airline and Frame on reception was excellent liasing with the airline to help resolve my issue!

The rooms were quite small and the bathroom layout was weird. The traffic was so bad that it took forever to get anywhere

It’s far from main tourist attractions but there is a train stop just one block away, so that made things much easier.

The elevators are often congested as the lobby is above all rooms thus increasing the traffic in the elevators.

The hotel has a pool above a bar and you can look at the bar while swimming. As the pool is not big, it is more a gag but kind of cool and the view is awesome from the roof.

The pool itself was nice, but they need more places to sit.

The townhouse room was incredible, lots and lots of space for two people. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The small rooms. The room was very small. There was no iron in the room and had to call for one.

The cleanliness of the hotel was the most liked. I also liked the staff and their assistance when needed

It seems like we got charged for the food we had twice, I did not get back to Innside by now but I hope we can fix this issue fast and with no complications, since the staff was really great.

Breakfast was among best we had in Asia, the staff was incredible helpful with my son who got sick, we had to go to a hospital and the hotel just had a partner contract with the hospital nearby - so helpful and easy! The view is just amazing and the pool is really cool.

Went for the rooftop pool on our last day of vacation and the atmosphere was amazing. Would be nicer if it was for adults only coz the pool is not very big but yes, it is a family hotel. There was a big supermarket called Lotus just next to it. The lobby, reception, rooftop and the room was maintained clean and modern

AC is very loud in the room. We were staying on 29 floor and we were able to hear the cars from the highway.

Beautiful styling, loved the white & cream. Fantastic roof top bar. Very comfy beds. Great breakfast.
