The location isn't great but I'm sure that's reflected in the price. Would be nice to have a dedicated restaurant and bar for evenings as the pool bar closes at 8pm. You can get room service but nowhere to socialise in the evenings.

The rooms are spacious and really well laid out, cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were spotless. Staff are very friendly and attentive All areas of the hotel are very clean Pool area was great and plenty of sunbeds

The only down side but not for me is that the area is a little far from town. There is however a shuttle bus and taxis are readily available.

On the balcony there is a solid wall therefore blocking a view of the pool when sat down. Between the bathroom area and rest of the unit is a small step that is easily tripped over. Why not a shallow slope? The area is well away from the main town of Hua Hin but beach is walkable and there are shops/restaurants nearby. Grab taxi to town is not expensive.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe studio. Shower has great water pressure and bed was huge and comfortable. All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Probably the last hotel from the main area in Hua Hin but they do have a free shuttle to and from the main tourist areas that you need to book

The free shuttle was full every day and before we even checked in . It runs at 5 and 7 , but peak demand is between these times .

Beautiful hotel and a warm welcome . Lovely room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower . Pool is fabulous . It’s a short walk to the terminus for the green line songthraw which offers regular trips to and from town . Great views and away from madness of busy Hua Hin .

We had one pool side suite which was excellent, which we made our base for the stay. They also have connecting rooms which was really good for our family needs. Friendly staff, quiet and away from the main hustle and hustle of the town.

A very nice, new, comfortable resort, with good price and quality ratio. The room was spacious, bright, we had a nice view. The common areas were inviting and relaxing. The pool was big and didn't too crowded. The gym was also really nice, spacious, with good equipment. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to relax.

The pool is in the shadow until lunchtime, making it a bit cold. Would be better if it was heated.

That the sun bed area was not really in the sun when we were there, weather it different at different times of the year I can't say they only had sun for a couple of hours lunch time till around 4pm and as we are sun lovers this is the only thing wrong . Feel like swimming pool was on the wrong side of the hotel. It's a little out of town, but you can walk about 10 mins down the road and get a bus tuk tuk for 15 Bart in to town. Then, if late night get a taxi back at around 200 Bart on the hole, we had a very enjoyable stay, stayed Dec 2023 till Jan 2024 for 8 nights 9 out of 10

- The machine coffee for breakfast was not very good - The drip coffee jugs weren't refilled often enough

- everyone, splurge and get the pool villa, it's exceptional - most comfortable bed we've slept in during our travels - great happy hour for cocktails / beer - amazing pool bar staff - the entire big pool area - hotel is in a quiet area of Hua Hin which suited us well, lots of nice restaurants in walking distance

Superbly professional and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained daily. The gym had a great selection of machines and free weights. Within walking distance to dozens of local restaurants and bars. The largest and nicest swimming pool in Thailand. Amazing breakfast featuring a wide array of Western and Asian food. Staff and Management made efforts every single day to ensure my stay was memorable. I will cherish the memories of my stay at iSanook Hua Hin; the highlight of my 3-month travels across Europe and Asia.
