1. Coming from the main two lane carriageway not one sign indicating where the hotel was, even when you reached the property, 2. the open plan toilet, sharing a room with someone is one thing a toilet is another, a glass door with a big gap at the top close to the AC inlet…..not a good idea, also the i turned my ankle on nearly every trip to the bathroom on the drop from the room to the bathroom floor.

I liked everything, but it is a quieter area which may not suit everyone.

I love this part of Hua HIn, a little further south of Hua Hin central but quieter and the beach is better for swimming Short walk to the beach and to grocery store. there are some restaurants you can walk to. Hotel shuttle to Hua Hin central and markets/shopping. Staff were very nice, pool is good and rooms are also large and clean. Food at restaurant was also good. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

Only a small detail but the water in the pool was too cold

the pool surrounding could be a little slippery with wet feet - it’s a good idea to dry feet before walking on pool surrounds

quiet; very comfortable ; very good breakfast; close to the beach with free shuttle to Hua Hin town centre. the staff were very friendly and professional (they seemed to enjoy their work) the pool was very relaxing and refreshing - it was nice to be able to lay on a pool lounger and dangle our feet in the water having slippers and bathrobes in the room is a nice touch

Guests should be advised or given a mask to wear at buffets for hygiene and sanitary reasons.

A beautiful escape, nice place to enjoy and use the facilities. We were very happy to have our beautiful room and pool to relax in.

Everything was perfect. The only negative thing i can mention is the breakfast is far too expensive at 400baht per person, i wasn’t surprised when i didn’t see many people getting it, other than that it’s easily a 10/10. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing location.

Not so close to the beach. The swimming pool was beautiful but a little cold because the weather was not so hot this time as normally in Thailand

A bit away from the shopping malls

The staff there were friendly and answered to our questions politely. The hotel also provided free shuttle to bring us to shopping malls and night markets at 3 time slots.

when you first arrive it’s a little far out from Hua Hin itself but once you get used to it it’s fine.

Remote location. You definitely need a car or at least a donkey.

Resort is quite new, beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff is great. Pool is fantastic. Breakfast and other food is good, although the coffee could be better. Exceptional services and utilities for the price.

A lovely and stylish hotel in takiap. The area is quiet, there is everything you need. It is not close to the city center, but there is a personal free bus 3 times a day (takes and picks up). The room is large, deluxe with a view of the pool, there is a bath and shower, as well as a bathrobe, slippers and accessories. A gorgeous pool, everything is convenient. Excellent breakfasts. I'm staying here for the 2nd time, I recommend it to everyone
