Really enjoyed my stay here as far as budget accommodation goes I found the rooms very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed Graham and was very welcoming and helpful, will stay here again when I return to Koh Chang. I arrived very early and although the room was provided at 10am, which is earlier than promised, and then the owner was very helpful, at first I was not welcomed any friendly which stressed me out a lot. Also, two evenings in a row there was a loud party at the nearby hotel. I guess this is just unavoidable on Koh Chang.

The location is really great. Just 5 min walk from the beach and 8 minutes to the supermarkets. Every night there is a night food market just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. You can find here all the basic things one may need but you need to understand this is just a place to sleep at and nothing more. Wi-fi was superb and allowed me to be on video calls in the evening and even watch movies.

Loved everything about the place. Five minutes walk from the beach but in a total peaceful tranquil setting. The staff are lovely and will do anything for you. The place is full of character. It reminded me of Koh Samui 23 years ago. Paradise really.

I don't recommend this place! The owner is extremely RUDE. We booked a night via booking.com and when we came there was a problem with our room, but that was fine, the lady on the reception called the owner, to solve the problem. With the moment he arrived he wasn't the nicest, but we swallowed that. He told us that he messaged me that the check in is closing at 08:00 P.M (we were there at 08:30 P.M) which was a lie, because he only asked me about what time we will be there. He was saying all the time rude comments and later he asked us for passports, I gave him my and my boyfriend had only a copy, because we were renting a scooter at that moment and his passport was taken by the scooter company - which is very common practise ALL OVER THAILAND AND WAS NO PROBLEM ELSEWHERE. The owner got pissed at that moment, because he couldn't see the number on it WHICH WAS COMPLETLY VISABLE, he even asked me to read it out loud so I did without a struggle. He was making a photo by his phone and still had a problem with zooming it which is RIDICULOUS. After all these comments and his behavior, we told him (still politely) that if it's a problem we can go somewhere else so HE SHOUTED AT US that it's our decision and he doesn't see his fault in here. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! This is the first time I'm giving a bad review on my life, so you can trust me on that. HUGE RED FLAG. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
