United StatesFor one of my bookings, I booked a room with a balcony, but when I arrived they said that room was not available and that I would have a room without one, but at the same price. I was a little disappointed because I like to sit out on the balcony.
The staff were super accomodating and waited for me to check in past midnight because my plane was a little delayed. I went on a tour and then came back on a separate booking and they allowed me to check in early. They were very gracious and the rooms were very clean. The air con worked great as well.

PakistanIt was a basic hotel but with all amenities provided. The WiFi was good, and the staff was extremely nice. The owner, Mesut was very helpful and used to be at the hotel for 16-18 hours and always available. The Aircon was a bit wonky at time. The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The location was 7 mins walk from Patong beach and 16 min from Bangla Street. So easy access plus away from the noise. They served complimentary Turkish breakfast which as quite delicious and filling. Overall a very satisfying experience and will come back again here.

The staff was super chill and friendly, the best vibe. Amazing seating area. They also have good food, such good food. It's walking distance to the main shopping areas, close by to a lot of stores. There were 3 of us, we got a nice room comfy place. We hardly stayed in the room so it was perfect. If you stay in Patong, you gotta stay here!

It is a good option to choose a cost saving place in patong area. The property and room were so clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Also location is good. You can reach to night market Malin Plaza in 5 min. Also patong beach and patong walking street was quite close. I liked to stay this hotel.

Very bad door condition, restroom door got locked and our parents couldn't use it for 12 hrs and another restroom door dint even had lock. There was nobody in reception till 11am to get any help. 3. There were no lift in istanbul. got rooms in 2nd floor where i should carry all the luggage through steps, and my parents struggled. Worst experience. 4. Unfit to stay with as couple or with family.

United KingdomThe aircon doesn't work well. However, with the addition of the fan it is ok. The curtains are very fragile and we couldn't get them to close fully. Under the bed is caked in dust
It was super cheap and a very big room, 2 500ml bottles of water were provided each day and there is a mini fridge. The bed was quite comfortable and big. The staff were helpful. You actually get 15% off the restaurant not 10% although breakfast is not available for 180 baht as that is a very old price. Excluding a drink you can get a breakfast for 205-255 baht per person including the discount when we stayed in March. We enjoyed the breakfast there. The bathroom was big and the water was slightly warm which was fine with the heat. The owner and staff were pleasant. Good location 5 mins walk from 2 markets. Not far from the beach but in a calmer area of Patong so we slept very well

CanadaThe first red flag was that they accepted just cash as a way of payment and had to ask for two days to get a receipt. The room conditions were deplorable with windows not closing or opening, no curtains on them, doors without safety bolt, no tv. even in the description it is advertised, small fridge without racks. The air conditioning was the only thing working but stopped when you left the room. The kitchen is open to the hallway, and the cooking smell was all over in the room by the time you returned. We were told that they are new owners, it's seems that they don't care, but after being misled by some positive reviews, maybe they are catering just to Turkish nationals. Just for the record, l paid for 7 nights, but l was willing to lose the money and move to a different location.
The location is pretty close to everything, walking distance to the beach.
