Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Bar and the included breakfast options where good. Staff was always friendly and helpful. For this price it was overall good.

United KingdomBit outside of the main centre - only a 10/15 minute walk away so not bad. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the social area advertised on the page with the bar and pool table is permanently closed. This is a shame as it is one of the reasons we chose this place and it would have been good to know this in advance.
Nice place - spacious room, good ensuite, good shower. Good aircon and mini fridge in the room. Cleaned everyday and friendly staff. Good value taxi transfer to Khao sok.

Super nice and welcoming staff. Available and always willing to support in what we needed. The room was also very comfortable and cosy. They even offered coffee tea and cookies for breakfast and allowed us to leave the bags during the check-out day, calling us a taxi at the end and providing the bikes for our entire stay.
