The room had one small division (with a door) where the kids slept. The problem is that the A/C is not working on that division which is not comfortable... We were informed that the A/C was shut down in this part of the room for all family rooms... Even with the door open, it becomes too hot...

Breakfast is perfect! Location of the hotel is available for all needs like reaching the beach, transportation, restaurants and so on... Staff is helping and friendly. Rooms and all areas are clean... We preferred to eat at the hotel's restaurant and whatever we tried was satisfying. Pool area has the seaview with also beautiful sunset...

Although the buffet breakfast offered a lot, there was not a wide variety.

It is conveniently situated by the Karon beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and etc. around. The staff was hospitable and attentive. Good food, excellent service at affordable prices. Specious and clean rooms, marvelous swimming pool.

A lot of russian people in the hotel is the biggest disadvantage. The cleaning service could more accurate, especially cleaning the bathroom.

The hotel is really nice, comfortable and new. The stuff is super helpful and friendly. I even get the flower spray for International Womens' Day. Bed was huge and very comfortable - one minus it were two joined beds so it was a gap in the middle. Small but comfortable bathroom. Tasty breakfasts. Two bottles of water everyday in the room - in glass, reused bottles, so plus for sustainablity. Very good localization.

The swimming pool area got full quick ,but was OK because karon beach is 5 minutes away.

Smart new hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were all pleasant, it was in a great location for the beach and restaurants ,would definitely stay again.

Great location, a few minutes from the beach ( 3 minutes ) very clean hotel and rooms are big and confortable. Roof top pool was nice and not crowded, and the street markets and bars/restaurants are just in front of the hotel . Despite this we didn’t hear any noise from the street or bars and had a good rest . The staff is great and helpful!

Breakfast was not the best. Some food items were not fresh and quite limited choice. Was quite noisy at night with loud music coming from live music from nearby restaurants/bars.

The location of the hotel was very good, served with stores and restaurant a stone throw away. Staff were always very helpful and available 24hrs a day. Room was of a decent size, and included all required amenities.

This hotel delivered exactly what it promised. In fact it delivered much more! We stayed for 27 consecutive nights. Standards were maintained throughout. Beds were comfortable. Food was lovely. Pool was great. Staff were amazing.

Very cozy and clean room, high quality cosmetics, there is a fridge in the room, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, very kind and nice stuff, breakfast is delicious.

Hotel looks like new. Breakfast is very good, and stuff is very helpful. We had rooms on an opposite side of restaurant lane, and hotel located far from the main road so it was very quiet and calm. It is good for family stay. The parking lot for cars is on the Basement floor, going down by elevator.

The room (505) we had for three people lacked some shelf/hanging space. Room had a small balcony. Breakfast not replenished very well after 1000am (went at this time to avoid rush).

The safe in the room was a bit of a concern for me; it wasn't secured to anything and was light enough to be carried off. Usually, you'd expect a safe to be firmly anchored, adding an extra layer of security for your valuables.

I spent a night at JonoX Hotel and found everything in working order – the place is new and super clean. The staff were nice and the bed was really comfortable. There was some noise from the hall due to my room’s location near the lifts, but it wasn’t constant. The balcony was tiny and just faced a wall, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, while everything functioned well, the hotel didn’t quite have the vibe or personal touch I usually look for.
