I did not like the firmness of the bed.It felt like sleeping on wood.

I like that it was outside of the city and close to 7/11. The hotel staff was very accommodating and let me pay the day after I arrived since it was late night and I didn’t have time to exchange my currency.

Minor issue with the bedsheets having blood stains on them, bathroom had a sewerage smell on and off.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. It was reasonably clean, nice/new decor and affordable. Pool was clean and decent size. Washing machine + powder available. Good location very close to the airport, we took a bolt/grab to get to places and it was roughly 90 bhat a ride, no issues. Complimentary water and snacks were provided. There is a refundable 1000 bhat deposit to be paid on arrival. Download google translate for easier communication with staff. Would stay here again if I was in Chiang Mai.

Rooms quite small so room for luggage tricky to work out. Only one person on reception spoke English so the phone was used to interpret conversation frequently with staff.

Great for family stays with enough beds, kitchenette, laundry, balcony. Quiet area. Family has fun in the cold pool. Location to central airport plaza very short walking distance.

Location isn’t the right one if you’re looking to visit Chiang Mai though and photos make it look the surroundings are nice but it’s not really the case.

Was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be close to the airport. We rented a 2-bedroom flat and it was very very practical and clean.

The location - you have to take a taxi everywhere you go. The beds - mattresses are sooooo hard you might as well sleep on the floor.

It was a little further from the old town than we realized. The beds were really hard for westerners.

There was washing machine but there was nowhere to hang clothes to dry. Bed was really hard and making noise on each smallest movement.
