Mosquito infested after sunset, so almost impossible to stay on the porch after sunset. Also no beaches in the vicinity. The closest is Lonely Beach about 3 km away, but one of the best on the whole island.

Nice and well kept bungalows in a picturesque setting. The is a reasonably priced restaurant on the premises.

If I must find something negative to say is that we found the shower pressure somewhat low. Also, the bungalow toilet/shower is a bit open to the surrounding nature, so sometimes you ll have couple of bugs coming in. Finally, there is no fridge in the room. But these are really such small details, didn't bother us at all.

One of the most pleasant stays we had in our trip to Thailand. Great location, quiet, lush green, walking distance to all restaurants and the small beach Bailan Bay has to offer. Just 5min bike ride from lonely beach, if you re looking for a more lively scene. Host and stuff are extremely sweet & helpful. They arranged for us bike rent & boat/snorkeling tour. There is a bar/restaurant in the property that makes pretty good food & drinks, so we were always happy to have breakfast, snacks or dinner here Free toiletries are provided and our room was cleaned (refreshed linen & towels) every 2-3 days! Wifi reception & speed very decent as well. Above all we loved the atmosphere at Jungle Garden, with its nature sounds, peacefulness & all together chill vibes. We ended up extending our stay from 4 to 10 days 😁.. It's just lovely, can't recommend enough.

No place close by to buy water late at night. No refrigerator in the bungalow to keep medication or water cool. Bed was hard and lumpy. Lots of ants inside even though I never had food inside. The shower at least needs tile. You can't sanitize rough concrete.

Internet was great. Quiet when couples aren't arguing. A relaxed atmosphere with good food all around. Nice staff

Lovely, old-fashioned Thai-style bungalows in a wonderful garden. Exactly like the pictures on booking.com! Well maintained and clean. Relax and let the world go by on a wonderful, well-furnished balcony in a beautiful garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Unbelievably good value for money!

the nicest little bungalow on the quiet side of the island. a nice large bed a fan and a nice bathroom, where you’ll get towels. we enjoyed it here so much that we booked another two nights. you have all you need close by, such as small shops and small cafes/restaurants and a beach. we rented a bike for 200 b per day and drove around the island. I can only recommend this place!

We loved peter’s bungalows garden at first sight. Simple, practical and with a lot of attention to small details for your comfort. Peter and his wife are the perfect hosts you want to meet, reserved, perfect English, knowledged about the island and friendly. You are directly on the main road but still managing to be surrounded by nature and a quiet atmosphere. Special highlight to bathroom, comfortable bed and vegetation around. Ah scooters were powerful too! We’ll love to be back
