The toilet paper was terrible! I found the size of the hotel made it a bit impersonal. We were not impressed with the quality of room service food. Once it arrived cold and was inedible.

Breakfast choice was amazing, location was beautiful over looking the ocean. I would hate to see how full and busy that dining room is at peak season.

Not generated by the hotel but the numerous fuel oil "cakes" on the beach were disgusting and impossible to avoid while walking on the beach. Very sticky and hard to remove.

Amazing hotel with wonderful swimming pool directly accessible from the room. Easy access to the beach directly from the hotel few steps by walk. Outstanding breakfast buffet and by far the best I have experienced in such hotel standing. All the restaurants in the hotel are worth to try!

Service need some improvement, still dust around the bathtub. I pop into the spa and 4 staffs quickly walk away to the back office, just does’t feel welcome. During check-in staff that spoke with us speak way to slow not sure if he’s new or nervous. Overall property is 5 stars but service 3.5

Spacious resort, lots of activities, great for family. I like the beach bar and the pool. Really comfy bed and linen especially the pillow super soft. Quality amenities provided in the bathroom. Short walk from a carpark to the lobby.

One thing was annoying that any time you want to eat dinner you need a reservations , Some of the activities you cant catch because of the weather (try not to go during rain season) and some activities vary in its time from the notebook

If u want to stay out of crowd of Phuket , go to JW Marriott khao lak , awesome views , delicious foods So much activities for both kids and adults I love it

3 Indian weddings in one week!! very well managed but does take over the Resort. Does make plenty of work for the locals which is a plus.

the restaurants were okay and over priced for local dishes. would love if hotel provided shuttle to explore khao Lak town

The quality of the food in the Olive restaurant sank since my last visit. I had the lamb on red wine jus, it was excellent before Corona... but this time the sauce didn't even see a drip of wine and the side dishes were tiny: two bites of Polenta and three bites of vegies. for nearly 30 Euro very disappointing. All other people in the group also complained about the portions and quality... This was better before and because of the prices I can not recommend it anymore... very sad. For me it was the best restaurant in Khao Lak

Not really a place to travel alone to if you want to meet people- most people there were in pairs or families - not something that the Resort can do anything about, but worth knowing if you are a single traveler.

After clearing confusion with billing at checkin, the same confusion appeared at checkout. On-site restaurants too expensive. Breakfast Buffett quality has gone down. Also the sheer size of the resort now makes the breakfast place loud and crowded.

Clean and spacious. Pool is great. Beach access is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable.
