The pool was amazing

The bed is a bit hard but didn’t stop us from sleeping.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and views from the room were very good. Pool was a 10/10. The staff went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating and polite.

Despite prior notice of our arrival time, we faced a 2-hour delay during check-in. The professionalism of the security staff was lacking. A significant concern arose at checkout regarding an alleged minibar usage charge. After settling our room bill the night before departure, the next morning we were inaccurately charged for minibar items. When we requested evidence of these charges, the staff failed to provide any, leading to an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation. Thankfully, the issue was dropped, but it did leave a blemish on our overall experience.

The room was clean with a stunning view, and the amenities were excellent, including high-quality bathroom products. The breakfast area was large and offered a diverse menu.

The gym only opened at 7am and was fairly crowded from 7-9 am. Would be great if it opened earlier.

Some rooms are too noisy due to the road, and we needed to change our room. Some rooms are located on a floor that doesn't have access to the elevator. It is too expensive considering the hotel facilities and quality. Although the breakfast offered many choices, the food quality did not meet our expectations.

The room size was spacious enough. The beautiful infinity pool with an ocean view, along with the amazing bar inside the pool and rooms with private pools, added to the overall experience. The rooftop garden was also stunning, offering a wonderful view over Patong Beach and the ocean.

It is not safe to walk anywhere from the hotel because there is no sidewalk on the street and the traffic is insane.

Brilliant location just outside patong, amazing room and staff, especially our cleaner kookkai. Fantastic view over patong bay and outstanding facilities and services. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The repairs to walls or cracked tiles weren’t done very well which made the room look shabby in places.

The hotel was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. One downside is the traffic, it took hours to travel a short distance as constant traffic jams.

Walls were very thin, could hear my neighbour shower (maybe as the room had a connecting door). Lack of service by the pool for drinks and food.

Lovely property, with various room types and a nice infinity pool looking over the sea. Staff all highly friendly and helpful. Have a shuttle to patong daily which is handy as you are slightly out of the centre at Kalima (which is a good thing!).

Pool a little dirty. Not enough sub beds (unless you put the towels down as per Fawlty Towers). Pool a little dirty despite the volume of chlorine. Breakfast was a little monotonous but they did have a very good selection

I just wish the spa was further from the pool. During the day the pool plays music & the spa isn’t as peaceful as I’d have liked
