Just the bartenders at the pool could be more friendly and faster with their service. Everything else was perfect

The 1 bedroom villa with private pool was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. Very private, perfect for our honeymoon. Juni from the front desk, was very friendly and always accommodating and helpful. Overall the service was very good. The floating breakfast was a special treat, highly recommended

Nothing that I didn't like apart from service in the restaurant was a little slow at times. Not a lot to moan about. Shuttle bus could have run a little bit later.

I loved the views and the pool areas. Food was good. Very relaxing and plenty to do if you wanted. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful views of sunsets.

Beautiful property! Room was lovely with a great view. Excellent breakfast. Did not use the shuttle to Patong Beach, but I'm glad that's an option. The resort also has activities during the day which is nice.

The only downside was that there was no bars in the immediate vicinity and because it iis in a main road was not safe to walk to the nearest bars. We had a room with a sea view which was amazing although it was very noisy just to the traffic on the main road below.

Extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. We had a family room for 3 and it was very spacious.

Everything was amazing- nothing bad to say!!!

They catered to children on Easter and everyday!!! I wish I stayed longer!!! The staff are amazing, grateful, humble, sweet, safe….. I can go in and on and on!!!!! Nothing trumps the amazing views!!!!! I think kalima has the best views!!!

Unfortunately the housekeeping in our room was done very late. First 2 days they didn’t clean the room until around 5pm. On the third day I requested it to be done earlier through the app but that day I had to go to the lobby around 4:30 to complain. The day after they cleaned our room first thing in the morning but that was aftet I complained. Not the worst thing but you expect more from a 5 star hotel. Also the location is not the best it takes around 10-20min in a car to town, but we knew that before we booked so not to much of an issue. Water and other drinks are quite expensive and 1km approx to the next supermarket and all uphill on the way back.

The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. The view from the sky bar and the pool is the best part of it. Overall we really liked our stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet.

The location is maybe a bit far and the shuttle from and to the hotel doesn't go as often as we'd wish.

Excellent and very comfortable hotel with beautiful sea views. Breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff is really nice and helpful.

I found the breakfast to be very poor and not tasty at all. As much as I am surprised by how incredible the food tastes everywhere, there is only one thing I don't like about it: the breakfast

Everything about this resort was great. We had a private pool overlooking the main beach. Our room was amazing we spent most of our time resting at the resort. They had a free shuttle into the city which took about 15 minutes, the breakfast buffet was amazing, all the staff greeted you politely, I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Best part was that we had a late flight and they let us stay and use the resort mains facilities until 6pm after checkout.

Placement of the hotel is a bit sub-optimal, you need to take a taxi everywhere you go if you want to go according to your own time and not using the shuffle. So especially in the high season, transport alone will get more expensive, a taxi to patong and back, would be between 500-700 baht, depending on how well your negociation skills are(but you must negotiate or else you will go way above 1000 baht!). Also it was a bit weird that the earliest free shuttle was around 11:00, could use an earlier time since beach perfect period is around 09:00-11:00
